I don't like how cold our room was will not return

Other guests very noisy, running through halls, yelling after midnight.

Need more staff - check in took hours. Room was not clean

Unfortunately, my stay at this hotel did not meet basic expectations. The room was not properly cleaned upon arrival — the sheets appeared dirty, surfaces were dusty, and there was a persistent odor throughout the room.

The most disappointing part of my experience occurred at 11:30 PM, when I was woken up by the evening front desk staff and asked to come down to place a card on file for incidentals. My payment information was already on file in their system. I explained that I had an early flight in four hours and asked if this could be resolved without disturbing my rest further, but the staff member insisted I come to the desk in person. The interaction lacked the courtesy and flexibility I would expect from a hotel of this brand.

Overall, the cleanliness issues combined with the poor guest service made for a frustrating stay. I would not recommend this property and do not plan to return.

Our Wifi, which I needed did not work, rooms were sparsely stocked, they were understaffed at the front for number of guests checking in. Make sure you arrive well before breakfast ends at 9:00… I found that time early.

Hotel is very dirty and rundown. Sheets had stains no soap in the bathroom didn’t look like it had been cleaned checked for bedbugs. Only reason we stayed was it was very late and didn’t find any bedbugs.

Shuttle wasn’t working, and we had to pay for our taxi.
They were out of several items for breakfast.

Oh boy, where do I start. Every entrance to the building was very very nasty. The front lobby entrance had a trash can just outside the door that was literally over flowing. Cigerette butts were piled high in front of every entry/exit. It was advertised as recently renovated! I saw nothing that had been recently renovated. We travel with our small dog, I paid the $35 fee, we were placed on the 1st floors (which is actually below the front entrance floor, that is floor 2). In the back of the building there were 4 large connex boxes taking up 90% of the parking closest to the 1st level floor. You could park further away but this was an isolated area and I did not feel comfortable parking way down back as I already had seen some sketchy people in the back area. I am not sure what the $35 pet fee is because as soon as we went into the room it smelled of dogs. My own home does not smell like dog even though we have one. What is the $35 for? Surely not cleaning the carpets or anything because they were nasty. Breakfast was ok, I have had better and I have had worse. The bread was not soft that was in the container to make toast it had the feeling that it had been out for awhile but after I toasted it I couldn’t tell.
I didn’t feel comfortable like I do in other places I have stayed. I would not recommend this place nor would I stay here again. I will pay the extra $$ to stay somewhere I will feel more comfortable the next time I have to come to Anchorage!

The shuttle that I arranged could not pick us up. We had to get a taxi to the hotel. The staff sold my room before I arrived and after arguing about it they arranged a room at another hotel. We then had to pay for another taxi to get us to it. Entire experience was horrible.
