I want a refund
Pros:

I cant say anything good about my stay

Cons:

The hotel was dirty. We were willing to stay and deal with it but turned down the bed to go to sleep and the bed sheets had dirt, bodily fluids and grass in the sheets. They moved us to another room and my shoes stuck to the bathroom floor and there was some sort of fluid all over the mirrors that dripped down the wall to the floors. It was absolutely terrible.

Cons:

I had a very disappointing experience at this hotel. The bed sheets were dirty when we arrived, and the entire room was filthy. It clearly had not been cleaned properly before guests checked in.

To make matters worse, there were homeless individuals inside the hotel, which made us feel very uncomfortable and unsafe. For the price we paid, this level of cleanliness and security is completely unacceptable.

Cons:

The rooms were not clean. There were visible make up stains on the pillow cases as well as long black hairs on the pillows. There was also visible stains on the comforter. There was a condom wrapper on the floor.

They would not recommend this hotel, especially for a single woman

I was assigned two rooms. The first room had no heat and had an electric heater on the floor. The hallways were dark. The second room, the sheets were not clean.

The price was good a front staff good. Other guest bad all night long.

Pros:

Beds were very comfortable and the breakfast provided was very decent! Their bath towels were very nice too.

Cons:

Shower was visibly dirty. There were even caked soap remnants where the previous occupant’s soap bar had been. Counter and table tops showed dried swipes with what looked to be a dirty cloth.
There were no towels in the pool area

Workers were good! Was not up to par with your hotel chain. I’ve slept in motel 6’s that were better
Pros:

Workers were nice, they had to deal with homeless or druggies and I feel bad for them! All pillows were the worst. Fire your plow guy! Accessible room was not accessible!!! Bathroom door opens incorrectly! Bench in bathtub was at end of tub and you can’t reach controls from there.
Try taking a wheelchair around to the window side of bed… unacceptable for wyndome
