Heaters don't work, rooms are freezing in winter
Pros:

Location is close to the airport (not walking but close for driving). The price was good.

Cons:

The staff is not welcoming or friendly. Two different rooms had non working heaters. Rooms were 55 degrees. One of the rooms had a heater than would come on for a few minutes so we had to mess with the thermostat off and on all night to make it continue to heat up. Eight hours later is was 64 degrees.

I wouldn’t stay there again.
Pros:

It was close to the airport.

Cons:

It wasn’t clean. Sheets didn’t smell clean. Floor was dirty. The residents looked questionable.

How is fema even ok with this facility
Pros:

Each time I went to the breakfast the food was either overcooked (burnt) or undercooked ( half frozen potatoes) the last time I was there the breakfast lady was polite and well stocked and extra freindly. This time I felt bad that I even considered wanting to eat.

Cons:

Room 355 has black mold in the bathroom. None of the side doors or back doors worked for my card to get in making me walk all the way around to the front and then all through the hotel.

Won’t stay again
Pros:

The location is great, I stayed at this hotel multiple times previously under a differ brand and had no complaints

Cons:

The property is showing a lot of wear , garbage and cigarette butts we’re all along the e trance. One of the beds looked slept in and after I checked in the front desk called my cell to see if there was someone else in my room. They were concerned they may have given me an already occupied room. When I said it was not occupied but I was concerned someone may try to enter in the night they said don’t worry. Needless to say I didn’t sleep well.

Expensive for the quality and the middle of winter prices.
Pros:

The breakfast was amazing. The front desk was so sweet and understanding. The room overall was clean and ok. . It served my purpose for staying the night in Anchorage.

Cons:

My door key wouldn’t work 3x and she was patient and understood my hurry to get in my room so used her master key. No follow up from management as she said so I never did get a key. The shower was literally full of hair. The bed was not comfortable. The valet drive was rutted with ice and snow and made for difficult walking and smokers were in the front as well.

Cons:

The toilet was clear full of toilet paper when I first got in my room and almost needed a plunger. Also it took me 30 minutes to get checked in from the time I walked in the door other then that the room was good for the price

Terrible rooms
Pros:

Staff was nice.

Cons:

Terrible room conditions for $450 a night. Black mold in the bathroom. Wall paper peeling off the wall. Rusty fixtures in the shower. I took pictures of these things and will be emailing them to Wyndham.
