Red Roof Inn North Little Rock

This place is in need of serious upgrade in amenities and really needs to live up to its adverting of continental breakfast.

Terrible...unsafe area...reeked of pot...total disrepair. Front door held open by log. Absolutely the worst!

The bed had failing cushion and basically had a hole on one side. Asked for them to fix it they said they could not. I was there over a week and the did not do any cleaning of the room i could notice. But for the price i paid, i got what i asked for. Nothing

Staff was wondering. Had me check to make sure the room was okay prior to checking in and was very attentive and pleasant. The room was terrible, but cheap. No working a/c building very much in disrepair and needing of a update and very off putting in all aspects.

Place was clean but a bit rundown... there were quirlte a few dogs but the lacknof carpet helped witha allergy problems. Communication was a bit of a problem aa far as english ... beds were good

I did not stay here. I had to wait 45 minutes at the counter to check in while the neighborhood took inventory of my belongings through my window. There was dryer ventilation hoses laying in the walkways, the entire place smelled like dust and feet, and when I finally did check in another guest came around the corner and passed the receptionist a bag of drugs. I immediately left and never walked into this room.

This property is in disrepair and should be gutted and rebuilt. Red Roof should be ashamed to have their brand associated with it. The area is not ideal and the hotel is trashy. Key card did not work at first and after it was fixed it took many tries to open the door. The bathroom had no toilet paper holder and the door was rotted. The TV had no remote, half the lights didn't work, half the outlets wouldn't work, there were grapes in the sink drain, holes in the wzlls, a nail sticking out of the bedroom wall, but the mini fridge worked. The grounds were littered with trash and weeds.Kids running in the halls and I believe they belonged to the front desk guy and lived there. I can't describe the overall uneasy feeling I had staying there.

Hotel ac was out. Took room ac most of the night to catch up. Carpet extremly filthy and tatered.Shower walls growing something. No fridge or microwave, but staff found a fridge for us. Staff was very pleasant n trying under terrible conditions. If our money was refundable we would not have stayed. Area was crowded with panhandlers and borh male n female prostitutes.

Staff and services are great, check in and out process is smooth. But leaf and smoke smell around the building is terrible. Back entrance not working at all. I saw roach crawling around when I’m entering the hall during night.

Well, I should have read the reviews. The AC in the lobby was broken and apparently had been for some time. It reeked of marijuana smoke throughout the lobby and hallway. There was a man talking loudly in Portuguese in the hallway until well past 10pm, a few barking dogs and some screaming children for good measure. The property is in very poor condition overall and is in desperate need of upkeep/maintenance and remodeling. The bed was fairly comfortable and the AC in our room was functioning well so those are about the only pluses. Not recommended unless you are desperate.

Very odd check in. Had to stand in foyer for a long time while my reservation was verified before I was let in. Not comfortable and tv did not work. Too tired to deal with it. Price was good.

there was no breakfast offered at all even though it is advertised. Also, the room.is stinky with a noisy air conditioning . rude front desk

This property should be condemned or The Red Roof Inn corporate HQ should remove their license to use their name for the property. The lobby had a horrible stench and there was no air conditioning in 90 degree Arkansas Heat. I informed the front desk I would be arriving after 2:30 am due to travel delays and they still cancelled my 3 day reservation as a N/S! They did end up reinstating the reservation, the air did not work in the room, it was full of bugs and the linens were disgustingly dirty. This property was disgusting and should be closed until they bring it up to code. If I cold give it a negative 10 stars I would!

Hotel had a bad odor and the room was not together had to wait on it to get cleaned and still wasn’t right seen bugs in bathroom was not happy about the stay and said they would bring the room the supplies it needed…. Was dissatisfied with the hotel over all .
