Great location but I probably wouldn’t stay again.
Pros:

The hotel is in a great location and the beds were comfortable and the rooms were quiet

The front desk personal was friendly and professional.

Cons:

The towels had stains on them. The bed sheets and pillows were damp/moist as if they weren't fully dried. The room was full mildew and the hallways reeked of cigarette smoke.

We enjoyed the food , room was clean but strong smelling . We were woken up by staff yelling to each other multiple time

Decent stay with good food and comfy beds, but poorly managed for meeting requests or concerns.

Comfy beds. Great A/C. Delicious and impressive breakfast.

Cons:

The hot water didn’t work while we were there for a wedding weekend which meant cold showers for our family getting ready. And being told it would be fixed Monday. We were leaving Sunday. And then our room didn’t get cleaned the second day so after coming back from our day with family to prepare for wedding, we had to use wet used towels. They offered us a 30% refund but then only provided 15% and that was after extensive phone calls. These things happen, pipes break, workers forget rooms, but the management response was sub-par.
