The beds were very comfortable. Very nice TV.
I booked this hotel because the website advertised a restaurant and breakfast. The restaurant was not open and all there was for breakfast was a continental spread. The website should not advertise a restaurant if there isn’t any.
Overall, The Cape Cod Hotel is a fantastic choice if you’re visiting Falmouth. Clean, comfortable rooms, a great location, and truly exceptional service made this a memorable experience. I would gladly stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Cape Cod.
Excellent
the free breakfast was very basic.. cereal, bread, toaster. they do have a restaurant on site serving breakfast and dinner. we did not try the restaurant. peeking into it, it did look nice. located right off the lobby.
everything was wonderful. my only complaint would be the bathroom. the sink and bathtub had great pressure but just didn't drain and you had to wait at least 30 mins for the next person to be able to shower. I did let the front desk know and they said they would let maintenance know.
Great location near everything in Falmouth. Room was clean and bed was super comfortable. Not sure what the other reviews are saying this place is dirty or walls are paper thin. We stayed 2 nights and had zero issues.
My only complaint is you literally cannot check in a minute before 3pm which any hotel I’ve stayed in usually they’ll check and see if your room is at least ready but not here which I saw someone else post. Also wish they had complimentary coffee ready to go in the lobby but that’s just my experience at other hotels.
Fantastic food great service
Keep doing what your doing
nice selection
Great room and beds, staff were extremely nice.
More detail for the bathroom. Tub sliw drain and shower gel ran out. Staff took care of it promptly.
Great & polite staff. Clean rooms.

The breakfast was more than I anticipated. There were plenty of choices. The room was well decorated and bright.
Bathroom needs to be updated. The bathtub did not drain well. The toilet was so low to the ground, as an older person, it was difficult to get off the seat. Towels were plentiful.
Steps to the rooms along corridors make access difficult for people with mobility issues. How about ramps where steps now are in place.
I was expecting a motor inn. This was full service property with indoor pool, fitness room, laundry and restaurant for hot breakfast in the morning. Plenty of free parking. I had booked a 2 queen room but was upgraded to a king suite which was gigantic! Well appointed. New flooring. I felt like the bathroom was larger than other hotels I’ve stayed in on the Cape. Easy drive to beach. Short drive/long-ish walk to Main Street.
No negatives. Very positive experience.
