We had a very comfortable stay, and the staff were welcoming and accommodating throughout. They thoughtfully provided us with a ground-floor room, which made it much easier for us with young children, especially with our car parked nearby. The room was spacious, and the beds were very comfortable.

The property itself was OK. My only issue is that the lights did not work on one side of the room. The side of the TV was on did not work. I called several times and I was told that this is how all the rooms are and they will send someone to fix it. At 11:30 at night I had someone tried to come into my room to fix an extension cord. That was unacceptable to me.

Cons:

Half of the room had no light and no television. It was very rainy outside so not having a TV just to pass some of that time by was very inconvenient.

I was going to bury my brother so the room was acceptable except heat/cool was extremely loud!!!
