Our first time staying was so much better.
Pros:

The property was in a convenient area however our room was a mess

Cons:

Our shower floor was broken, the heat in our room didnt work and when it did it made the loudest and worst noise ever. & the light/fan in the bathroom was so loud it could have woken the whole hotel. The staff was not very pleasant and i wish we could have had these issues fixed.

I enjoyed my stay, the room was nice and clean, the staff was friendly and hospitable.
Pros:

I went downstairs for breakfast only once, to check it out. Nice spread, with a good variety

Cons:

I didn't like how busy the hallway was during cleaning hours. The cluster was a little overwhelming.

Very disappointing. Dirty linen
Cons:

Was checked into a room that already had people in it. Went back to desk and they gave us another room. Room had blood on fitted sheet. Asked for new sheets and offered to change it myself. As I stripped the bed, the middle blanket had stains. The mattress cover was full of yellow stains. Bug crawling in the bathroom. Front desk girl said manager would speak to us in the morning. But no one spoke to us.

Cleanliness was very lacking. Carpet was worn and very dirty and stained. Bathroom very dated with a dirty bath mat.
Furniture was in bad shape. Walls with numerous dings on them. Overall an inferior property that needs renovation,.

Morning , I always use this location . I was so disappointed with the customer service The person at the desk could not be bothered with telling me anything. I got to my room called the front desk asking for a wake up call never happened this is a location which is great for me . After this experience I am so disappointed with the hotel.
