Horrible
Pros:

We didn't get to stay

Cons:

My mom walked in to check in and a lady with glasses said her name was BOB wasn't at the desk she then walked out from the back and didn't say anything (no hello Welcome to Best Western nothing) so my mom said she was checking in and the girl said she needed the liscence she wouldn't take mom mom's (we did book in my name on booking and my mom's card to pay) she refused her license said it had to be who we booked under she came out got mine while I'm handling my 8 month old and 3 year old. Mom took it back in, she snapped at her and said I need her to bring in her own license. So my mom came out and told me what was going on and I went in (there are 2 sides to every story so I was wanting to know what was going on) she didn't greet me at all either just looked at the computer and held her hand out like I knew what she needed. I walked up and said I'm here as I was told something is wrong with our booking may I ask what is going on? She said yeah I need your license I was okay may I ask when this issues changed (we stayed October 24 was not treated like this or had any issues) she said it was how she was trained and I was like okay so how long have you been here and she said 2 years I said oh okay that's interesting as we stayed maybe a year and a half ago and had no issues like this last time. She said I didn't need to be rude I said ma'am I was told you were being rude to my mom and I came in wondering what was going on. She then said since you wanna say I'm beifn rude I am canceling your reservation and you can go somewhere else I said no ma'am I have to very tired over the car kids Tryign to get out the car I need to feed one I need our room we booked and she said nope I'm canceling your room.

Pros:

Beds were clean and room was stocked well

Cons:

The pool was not properly cleaned the water was salty and had debris floating in it. The staff was decent we got to breakfast at 858 for breakfast just to grab a quick plate and were practically kicked out.

Toilet didn't flush. I was moved to a room where the bathroom was locked (and next to pool). Moved to another room which was fine.

It was fine. a place to rest my head after a long day.
Pros:

The breakfast was good. The sheets had burn holes in it and it is supposed to be a smoke free motel. Plus there were hairs in my blanket.

We have stayed numerous times, like staff, area, and the facilities. Has a pool. Could not really use it this time, as too many kids for our comfort. End of spring vacation.
