I have stayed at the property before it was amazing lots of privacy and very comfortable bed

Cons:

The front desk clerk was racist towards my fiancé and I. My fiancé is Mexican and he wouldn’t accept a passport as a form of ID. He then proceeded to say that the date we was supposed to be on the property was not the correct one. Mind you I booked it at 12:30am for that Sunday and even called ahead to confirm that I can check in early. Then proceeded to say we couldn’t when we got there. It was very frustrating and disappointing.

Our first time staying was so much better.
Pros:

The property was in a convenient area however our room was a mess

Cons:

Our shower floor was broken, the heat in our room didnt work and when it did it made the loudest and worst noise ever. & the light/fan in the bathroom was so loud it could have woken the whole hotel. The staff was not very pleasant and i wish we could have had these issues fixed.

I enjoyed my stay, the room was nice and clean, the staff was friendly and hospitable.
Pros:

I went downstairs for breakfast only once, to check it out. Nice spread, with a good variety

Cons:

I didn't like how busy the hallway was during cleaning hours. The cluster was a little overwhelming.
