Everything close by friendly staff,enjoyed hot tub and pool.
The room was fine as was the bed

The room was quiet and fairly clean. Location is great. New television that worked great. Clean microwave that worked great. The bed was decent.
They should put a stopper in the bathroom sink - I was afraid of dropping something down the drain. Be sure to dust around the lamps and lightbulbs. Not a lot to complain about.

I would like to request a refund due to the leaking issue on the floor in the room at the window and air conditioner unit.
7/2/2026: I received one 28 second phone call at 747pm, verifying my arrival time. I stated that I was 4.5 hours away at that time.
7/3/2026: I arrived a little after 1 am. The lady at the desk stated there was a leak at (referenced above) and it was a little wet, but they had fans running all day. I said ok and continued with registration. The room (121) smelled musky. I was expecting to walk into a damp floor, instead it was sopping wet at the end of the desk to the chair on the side of the bed. We were tired and crashed.
In the am I went out about 9am, give or take. I spoke with the gentleman and explained all of the above. He stated he knew it was about 3 feet out, but there are no other rooms. I said that’s fine, but do you have a steam cleaner and can you suck the water up? He said yes, we did that yesterday. I said, great, can you do it again. He said yes, are you leaving soon and going to the lake. I said yes, in lake city. He said the maintenance person would be there at 10am and asked if I would be here. I stated no that we were about to leave. He asked for permission to enter the room, which I granted. He said that they would also put an industrial size fan in there and asked if it was ok to leave it. I said yes.
We get back Friday, late pm. There is a smaller powerful fan, but the floor appeared to be just as sopping wet.
7/4/2026: In the am took pictures and video. Got back in the pm and it was the same.
7/5/2026: left in the am. Floor still the same.
