Cons:

This hotel is in desperate need of renovation. The entire property feels old, outdated, and dirty. In the morning, the toilet overflowed and spilled all over the room. It was absolutely disgusting, and we had to move to another room.

What made the situation even worse was that the staff initially refused to give us another room, claiming that there were no rooms available. Overall, a very disappointing and unpleasant experience.

Una notte a Lansing!
Pros:

Posizione non molto centrale ma accettabile. Parcheggio auto gratuito, staff gentile.

Cons:

Palestra chiusa per un problema al condizionatore (avrebbero potuto tenerla aperta e lasciare al cliente la scelta di utilizzarla o meno). Colazione pessima.

Pros:

Location is perfect, breakfast is good as usual, self service for the hot dishes I liked much more than the previous set up, when it was served by worker. We are returned customers for the third time. Price is fair. Staff is friendly and helpful.

Cons:

The lower faucet was half way broken and we couldn't switch from the shower head to the faucet. Lack of additional beddings for the sofa bed. Soga bed and the carpet weren't the cleanest. Lack of napkins on the coffee station in the lobby.

Thermostat didn’t work so no air. Was extremely hot family couldn’t sleep. Second tv didn’t work cable was ripped out of wall

Probably would not stay there again
Pros:

I had two rooms and my cousin and I stayed there for 6 nights. This is a good location near restaurants & groceries. Great staff.

Cons:

Their breakfast left a lot to be desired and one of the rooms was near the atrium which got pretty noise several nights.
