Air conditioner not quite effective
Not sure why the bathroom did not have tissue papers. When enquired with front desk, they asked us to come to front desk to collect paper roll which I found quite wierd.

It was close to the casino where I was staying that’s about it. I would not recommend this property.

Cons:

My air-conditioning in my room did not work. I had to pack up all my stuff and then relocate to a different room and was never offered any kind of compensation for that.

Pros:

Beautiful lobby
Lovely open view to lobby etc from all floors. Open concept is impressive.
Cost of room was very good.
Large suite. Was a 2 room suite as as described.
Large bathroom
Bathroom sink, counter and toilet were clean.
Great sized walk in shower
Lots of towels
Lots of tables and seating in breakfast area
Staff were very pleasant and always smiling 😊

Cons:

-Beds we doubles not queens as suggested
-Shower head needs to be replaced. Majority of water leaks out at the swivel point. (Very irritating)
-The last housekeeper needs to be reminded to wipe everything down and fully clean...... Table between beds was not wiped down/cleaned and had sticky residue on it.... The grab bar in the bathroom needed to be fully cleaned. (These cleaning issues we brought to the front desk attention)

Fine if you don't need anything.
Pros:

Cleanliness and accessibility. Staff were responsive on site. Gave me toilet paper after there was NONE in the room.

Cons:

I left something there and haven't been able to contact them. Got transferred first to some customer service. Main number no one answered/mailbox was full. Found an email. No one has responded so far. DO?

Toilet drain was clogged prior to my obtaining the room, they failed!!;; didn't take a picture.
Pros:

Inside court yard has a comfortable look to it and there was lemon water dispenser and coffee available 24/7

Cons:

Toilet drain didn't work initially and once discovered of using it , luckily with a purely liquid flush the entire bathroom floor, had to be used to contain the results ,and shutting off the water valve involved wading thru this water to do so, and standing in it,the phone in the room was disconnected then called desk from my cell phone to be told, rather indifferently that I could come down to front desk to pick up a plunger and plunge the toilet myself, which took about 20 to 30 attempts to clog. This was totally inconvenient and I felt was being treated like a nuisance!!!!!
