Cons:

1400$ in surprise charges on my credit card. It took forever and multiple calls to only get half of my money back! I will never book here again.

Very nice hotel with low price.
Pros:

Good breakfast, bedroom with separate living room.

Cons:

Only one hangar in room. Towels worn and rather grey. Hallway carpet not clean.

Cons:

Fehlendes Service, fehlende Grundausstattung z.B. Decken und Tücher, fehlende Hygiene und überral Schimmel. In 1 Woche Aufenthalt kein einziges Mal wurde das Zimmer aufgeräumt. Essen ungenießbar. Die Internetbewertungen entsprechen nicht mal ansatzweise der Wahrheit. Kommunikation mit Personal war nie kunden- und lösungsorientiert.

Cons:

It was terrible that the AC was making very loud noises. Woke up to take a shower and there was no hot water just warm and hardly coming out. The shower stall was very slippery. Never again

Got to visit with classmates for our 50th class reunion in the common area.

The location, the inside had lots of open seating and places to gather

Cons:

The rooms need updating, our air conditioner did not work, our shower rod was hanging out of the wall. The shower head worked the first day, but then did not work the second day. Had half a roll of toilet paper and no Kleenex. The bedding was stained.

The hotel needs some updates like the toilet.
Pros:

Breakfast was okay. The light in the room over the sink is too bright and if you go to the bathroom at night, you wake up the other person. Both tvs didn't work.

Very pleased with the price/value. I expected to pay more.
Pros:

We got a suite for the price of the room. Very please with the breakfast for Vegan. The indoor courtyard.

Cons:

The luggage cart could us a little maintenance, it was hard to steer. Staying on the luggage cart one cart had a hook to hang hanging clothes and small bags with handle straps and the other didn't. We missed those hooks when we checked out.
