breakfast was what would be expected
the elevator didn't work and my wife has trouble getting around. we were on the second floor and the staff couldn't accommodate us with a room on the first floor because they were booked. the toilet paper dispenser was broken and the repairs that were made to the bathroom are tacky. the staff were friendly.
No working elevator!
No working ice machine on our floor.
Location
Broken elevator
Dirty walls
Jets in jacuzzi were dirty.
The location is great and the pool is a nice size.
The whirlpool was broken. Again. Maybe they just never fix it. It wasn’t working when we stayed here a few years ago.
The hotel had been renovated at some point but was incredibly dirty. Carpet coming up in the hallway. Stains on the hallway walls. Stains on the floors.
The elevator was broken. No attempt to fix it. No one working on it. And we were on the third floor. No other floors available. And yet there’s no one concerned about fixing the elevator.
We liked the pool the room was clean there's plenty of towels
The pillows on the bed was too soft the hallways was very cold felt like a frigerator the breakfast was okay but we couldn't eat the gravy it was very salty
Location
The elevator s were not working
The breakfast was ok only one day of our stay. The other two days either the juice was gone or the food poorly prepared. The location was what we expected. The manager tried to help.
The elevator was broken, the bathroom door didn’t shut or lock properly. Maid service was only done every other day. The temperature in the room was too warm and did not adjust.
Waffles
Way overpriced compared to the motels nearby. T v was broken showerhead was broken. The reason I stayed at this hotel and paid the big money was so I could charge my car overnight. Thanking it was included with the price of the room and it was not. They don't even own the chargers that are attached to their building.
The front staff had the" i really don't care attitude", even though their sign says 100% satisfaction guaranteed. What a joke that is. Non electric vehicles were parked in the electric vehicle only parking. Told the staff they did nothing.
Absolutely. Feel like I got ripped off.Staying at this hotel for two hundred fifty dollars a night. Plus paying for the charging in the car.
Even their website suggests that is included with the motel. I would be stretching it if I gave this hotel two stars.
Elevator broken…. Hot tub broken
Everything. The staff were polite and friendly.
Nothing.
The people working at the front desk were rude and generally seemed uninterested in customer service. The hot tub was not functional on the night that my family stayed here despite that being one of the main reasons that we booked this particular hotel. It had less than a foot of water in it and when I asked the front desk when it might be fixed the man shrugged at me and said "I don't know it's the weekend". When we arrived for breakfast at 8 AM there was almost no hot food available. The sausage and eggs were empty. The gravy had old pieces of food floating in it. The bath tub in our room had a gross brown stain at the bottom. Nothing about this stay made it seem worth the exorbitant price of the room. For the price I would expect much better. My family travels a lot and this was the worst hotel experience we've had in a long time.
Location
The south entrance door the property does not lock, barely even shuts
Anyone can come in and out of the building no key card required
The elevator did not work and our room was on the second floor. They did not have any way for us to move our luggage and clothes. We are 76 years old and unable to carry up two flights of stairs. We had to cancel.
Same as above
Great staff, and clean facility.
Elevator was out so we had to get a lower level room, due to our disability. Which was really ok.
Hotel looked very nice but we never got past the lobby. I made the reservation months in advance and when we got to the desk, they couldn't find our reservation number and now the hotel was full. I had received a confirmation email welcoming us just days before our stay. I believe the hotel gave our room away as there was a big event in town. There was no apology from the person at the desk or effort to help us find somewhere else. I called Booking.com and they were very helpful at finding us somewhere else not too far away. They said the hotel had broke their contract.
Staff
Elivator was broken, breakfast was worse than Navy food. My room was not cleaned a single time. I had garbage stacking up
