run down hotel outdated. i had to fix shower sprayer falling off.. water was not draining from tub. tv remote sometimes worked. bad directions to find room confusing set up.

Loved the stay wish we could have spent 2 nights there not just one.
Pros:

The front staff was very friendly and easy curious. The room was wonderful for the suite. Was mostly handicapped accessible. I would have hoped for a easier way for my husband; who is handicapped; to get it and out of the bath tub. However loved the seat that was in the bath tub.

I would have liked to have been told about the lift for disability customers; while we were checking in or a notice in the room that was handicapped accessible for the pool. I think customers who are in wheelchairs should be able to get into the gazebo.

NOT HAPPY AT ALL/WORST STAY EVER
Pros:

Close to the beach

Cons:

They placed us right beside where they had workers in the hotel remodeling all we heard was saws and sanding and trimming the hedges the WHOLE stay from 7am till bed time, we could NOT sleep in at all nor could we take a nap…..it made us quite cranky…. We came down for the sand sculptures like we do every year…

A nice place to stay.
Pros:

Everything was as we would expect. Staff was friendly, room was clean and neat, everything (AC, shower, TV) worked as expected. Breakfast had many choices and was very good. I would gladly stay here again.

Cons:
