Good location, nice staff, clean.
Pros:

Front desk, staff, engineering, and housekeeping staff over the top nice.
Cashier personnel all very friendly.
Floor drink staff on casino – some very friendly, some not friendly at all and hard to get service.

Cons:

Shower on 10th floor north tower had no pressure whatsoever. Water was hot and then it would go to warm and not get hot, like it ran out of hot water.
Bathroom sink had an awful sewer smell to it. Told front desk.
No place to hang a towel anywhere
Even just a few hooks would be nice in the bathrooms.

Pros:

I checked my luggage into the bell hop went and had breakfast in the casino. Security approached me saud they didn't want me to stay there. They didn't refund my money for tge reservation and it took several minutes and a threat to call the police to get ky checked luggage. If t h ey don't refund tge money I wi report them for fraud

Nous avons demandé a plusieurs reprises des produits que nous n’avons pas eu.
La chambre était sale et aucun ménage a été effectué en 3 jours.

Hôtel sympa, bien situé pour la fête et le fun. Un peu bruyant mais le séjour très agréable!
Pros:

Hôtel sympa, bien situé en zone très animée. Un peu bruyant pour du repos, mais pour le peu que nous étions à l'hôtel (en mode "dodo") cela suffisait et ça a répondu à nos attentes. Hôtel bien équipé mais vieillissant. Nous recommandons surtout pour les couples, groupes d'ami(e)s (sans "jeunes" enfants) qui veulent se retrouver pour faire la fête, l'ambiance, le fun, ....

Cons:

Pas de douche, mais baignoire basse + le manque d'insonorisation de l'hôtel vis a vis des nuisances sonores extérieures de la fête. Nous étions pourtant au 12e étages (vue sur le boulevard) mais les fenêtres semblaient ouvertes, tant le bruit passait. Cela devait être déjà une remontée clients ou connu par l'hôtel car des bouchons d'oreilles sont prévus dans les tiroirs des tables de nuit ;)!

And they are very kind they solve everybody’s issues and problems. They made sure that everybody was taking care of. They had great customer service experience very polite.

Cons:

The only thing I can say was that when we checked in at 12:30 in the morning, there was a long line cause there’s only one worker working. I just feel like when there’s events going on in their hotel. They should have multiple people working at night to take care of everybody that’s checking in because it literally took us an hour and a half to check in but other than that great hotel great recommendation great staff great everything

On the positive side, the on-site dining options were OK and the location in Fremont is good if that's where you choose to stay.

Cons:

Mixed experience overall. The room was quite dark and poorly soundproofed, especially due to a connecting door to the neighboring room. This became very disruptive at night when the neighbors were noisy. Additionally, the room faced a railway, which added frequent noise.

The hotel’s facilities are starting to feel dated and could use some updating. Also, the TV in my room was not working, which was disappointing.

Overall, a somewhat underwhelming stay.
