Our first room was extremely noisy from a freight train. The staff switched us to another room..
Cleanliness. New machines. Some staff are friendly,
Unfriendly staff like one, she was cleaning the rooms and changing bed sheets. So i told myself that i won't let her changed the bedsheets, only asked for clean towels, i came to her and asked for clean towels her respond was, go down the stairs and asked from there cuz if i give you some. It will not be enough for the rooms that i clean. I didn't argue i just left. I had traveled many places, and when i asked for clean towels they just give it to me and even asked if there is still they needed to help me. I just wished you can talk to her. Customers love Fr iendly people

Inizialmente ho avuto una camera che si affaccia sul Golden gate in Main St.
Il rumore della musica è talmente forte che, nonostante i doppi vetri, non è possibile dormire. Questa musica, mi hanno detto in reception, è fino alle 02:00 a.m. Mi sono fatto dare un'altra camera, dalla parte opposta, senza costi aggiuntivi e non c'era nessun rumore. Devo dire purtroppo che in questa seconda camera ho trovato un piccolo insetto che si aggirava nel letto, questo episodio fa scendere di molto il giudizio, nonostante l'hotel sia passabile.
We arrived around 1230 am. It was late and we were tired. They asked if we wanted an upgrade. We were told it would be $16 a night. The next day we received a call that our card was declined. So we went to get that figured out. We found out that there was a $213 charge!!! $100 for incidentals. And $113 for the upgrade. We tried to explain that was not what we were told by the staff the previous night but they would not listen. They said that was the other shift and there was nothing they could do about it. The upgrade was not that special. We will never stay there again

I liked the location. Was able to get help when needed. The donut place was good.
The room was not very clean. The toilet had mold. Bathroom was very small could even use the restroom comfortably because it was so small. When I would sit on the toilet my legs would touch the tub. Ac unit sounded like it was about to give out at any given moment. When we arrived the room had just been cleaned and bedding was moist like if they had just sent wiped down with a towel. The chemical smell was so strong I had to leave room door open for a few hours.
