Cons:

The hotel staff that checked us in was extremely racist !! We were highly offended an were not given the upgrade we were offered an then charged 300.00 dollars more that was not expected. Ruined trip .. definitely extremely disappointed 😞

came to visit family and show, The Wizard of Oz with our daughter..
Pros:

well protected. services & staff were fantastic. i will stay . tho im not a grambler i liked the walking close by hotel.. didn’t have to drive very much every thing was close. 😍

I didn’t like that I got 2 rooms next to each other cuz my grandbaby could room from dads room to mine and they had some kind of bugs in the room cuz my son and his pregnant lady got bit up so they moved the to another room with no fridge when I paid for the room to have one for the baby’s milk. I didn’t like that the servers would ask if I wanted a drink and I say yes and they would pass by me 5 minutes later asking if I wanted a drink them ladies are so rude
