Great breakfast .. nice place to stay

I would never stay here again.
Pros:

The property was located close to our destination, but it is location right next to a what was a large shopping mall in the process of being torn down. It was unsightly and loud.
The breakfast was decent.

Cons:

It was noisy, next to the unsightly wreckage of a shopping mall.
The thermostats in the room did not work properly.
The shower felt unsafe for an elderly person.
There was no hot water in the bathroom sink.

Pros:

Front office staff were exceptional. She gave me extra sheets, blankets, and pillows for the pull out couch bed. Also she allowed us to check in early.

Nightmare
Pros:

No running water for over 8 hours. Was told/lied to that it was running when i couldn’t even flush a toilet. Then we were woken up to a fire alarm at 1030pm. after trying to check out and get a refund, the owner just yelled jiberish. I guess he think paying customers should be treated like animals. Do not go. There’s hotels nearby that don’t lie to their patrons.

Interesting
Pros:

It was an interesting stay here.
The lighting was very dim and despite the front desks help, the lighting didn’t improve even after changing bulbs.
The handicapped restroom didn’t have very good water pressure but the room was clean and everyone was friendly.
Breakfast was fine but it was a little loud in the AM as the mall next door is being torn down.
