We had an absolutely wonderful experience at the Hampton Inn Cincinnati-NW/Fairfield! This is honestly the cleanest hotel I have ever stayed in. Everything was spotless, well-maintained, and clearly cared for.

A special thank you to Sukhi and Paul for their incredibly friendly and welcoming service. They went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable and taken care of. It’s so refreshing to be greeted by people who genuinely seem to care about their guests!

If you’re looking for a clean, comfortable hotel with exceptional service and friendly staff, I highly recommend staying here. We will definitely be back! ❤️

The good: Check-in went well -- somehow (Expedia is the worst ever!) I had inadvertently booked a handicapped room and Sukhi was wonderful and kindly took care of booking me into a regular king bed room on the top floor. Sukhi was the best.

The bad: Hallway just outside of the elevator had a nasty smell and hallway cleanliness was suspect. The room door stuck and was hard to open. Floor in room seemed dirty -- most probably because it was in desperate need of a carpet update.

The ugly: Tile floor in bathroom and door entryway was disgusting. Looked like years of dirt and cleaning product had built up in grooves of the tile making it look a mess and feel a bit sticky. This too in desperate need of an update.

I've stayed in this hotel in years past which is why I went back, but it is no longer what it used to be and it seems like Hilton (Hampton Inn's parent company) has no interest in keeping this particular hotel updated. Maybe it's better on other floors, but the 4th floor is a hot mess.

Room was great, bed was great seeing our name on the TV screen was marvelous

What’s good location for where we were going?

Our stay was comfortable and all of the staff were friendly and helpful. We enjoyed the room which was spacious and clean. I particularly wanted to shout out Sophi who was particularly friendly and graciously offered us bottled water when we checked out.

Very helpful and friendly staff! Our first room was extremely hot, but Andy was wonderful and quickly helped get us moved into a new room. I had my kids with me, and while we waited, they even allowed them a few extra minutes in the pool, which we really appreciated because they were so excited to swim. I also loved how kid-friendly and welcoming the environment was. Overall, we had a great experience and really appreciated the kindness and helpfulness! Thanks Andy!

This Hampton was in the perfect location for our stay in the Greenhills/Mt. Healthy area. The front desk and breakfast staff is friendly and helpful. We were there for 2 nights, so we chose not to have housekeeping come in during our stay. The breakfast was ample with lots of choices, including waffles, eggs, yogurt, breads and coffee. Coffee was available all day and evening, which was nice. Room was clean and supplied well with toiletries and towels. We will stay here again when we are visiting old friends in this area.

This was the only professionally well run and reviewed hotel in this area. Very convenient to the people and places we wanted to visit. The entire staff was very accommodating and friendly, especially Natalie at the front desk-she is a gem!.
The hotel is offset from the road and hard to see, requiring my GPS to get me down the correct side street to enter. They have only two luggage carts for the entire 3 floor hotel with elevator, sometimes difficult to find at check-in or check out.

Facility was an excellent shape, always clean and well-maintained
Location is really great as we aren’t in a area of super high traffic, but there’s plenty of restaurants nearby to eat at.
Room had a nice bathroom with sink and tub and shower all in one room( which we found out we prefer instead of having a sink in the room)
