Hampton Inn Cincinnati Northwest Fairfield

Very helpful and friendly staff! Our first room was extremely hot, but Andy was wonderful and quickly helped get us moved into a new room. I had my kids with me, and while we waited, they even allowed them a few extra minutes in the pool, which we really appreciated because they were so excited to swim. I also loved how kid-friendly and welcoming the environment was. Overall, we had a great experience and really appreciated the kindness and helpfulness! Thanks Andy!

This Hampton was in the perfect location for our stay in the Greenhills/Mt. Healthy area. The front desk and breakfast staff is friendly and helpful. We were there for 2 nights, so we chose not to have housekeeping come in during our stay. The breakfast was ample with lots of choices, including waffles, eggs, yogurt, breads and coffee. Coffee was available all day and evening, which was nice. Room was clean and supplied well with toiletries and towels. We will stay here again when we are visiting old friends in this area.

This was the only professionally well run and reviewed hotel in this area. Very convenient to the people and places we wanted to visit. The entire staff was very accommodating and friendly, especially Natalie at the front desk-she is a gem!.
The hotel is offset from the road and hard to see, requiring my GPS to get me down the correct side street to enter. They have only two luggage carts for the entire 3 floor hotel with elevator, sometimes difficult to find at check-in or check out.

Facility was an excellent shape, always clean and well-maintained
Location is really great as we aren’t in a area of super high traffic, but there’s plenty of restaurants nearby to eat at.
Room had a nice bathroom with sink and tub and shower all in one room( which we found out we prefer instead of having a sink in the room)

This was by far the best hotel stay we've had in a long time. The moment we walked in we were greeted by friendly staff. We were able to get an early check in which was a Godsend with 3 small children. The hotel was clean and very nicely updated. All of the staff were very kind and helpful, especially Natalie, who went above and beyond to help me out when I was in a bind. The breakfast was hot and fresh, and there was a great variety to choose from. Overall we had a fantastic experience and would recommend this hotel to anyone traveling to the area!

Being originally from the city but having stayed out in Fairfield the hospitality was great, convenient, and overall service was awesome from Andy at the front desk

Yes Miss sukai was excellent and taking care of us and checking us in and checking us out the other staff as her shift changed. With that kindness taking care of us, just the personal touch, the young lady that took care of breakfast this morning which is Sunday morning. She was excellent keeping everything stock and fresh. Just the overall great experience. Really enjoy them

The stay was wonderful greatly complemented by the staff there. First was a gentleman, did not catch his name he was night shift at the reception desk. Very helpful and kind. The next morning I was greeted at the reception desk by a wonderful young lady (Natalie) very lively and wonderful to talk to, She made suggestions to local restaurants that would complement my interest that I discussed with her. The Rooms were standard and were greatly complimented by the staff.

I rated this a 5 because I couldn't go higher. The front desk staff were extremely courteous and informed about the area, restaurants and things to do. They made extending our stay for 2 nights a breeze. Kudos to Griffin and Andy.. Our housekeeping staff was fantastic, refreshing the and sanitizing several times after accidents due to an illness. Always cheerful and efficient. Thank you Ivette. Breakfast was made much more enjoyable due to the exemplary attentiveness of Mike who went out of his way to provide for our needs even when proving the little things he had a positive attitude, and we never felt like we were an imposition but rather, a welcomed guest. A final thanks to Vinod for all his attention to detail. Finally, thanks to all for the cleanliness of the pool and exercise areas, and the coffee.
