Need things repaired!

Great place to stay

I was quoted a price of $150.29 total for the room at Huber Heights via Hotels.com. When I saw I was charged $172.28 on my card I was not pleased. I should be reimbursed for the difference

The pool heater was broken so you could not swim. The cable box on the TV was broken so you could not change channels

We stayed there for two nights. The only issue we had with the stay was this: The first morning, (a Sunday morning) we had some of their free buffet breakfast at about 8:30 AM. The breakfast was good, The selection was OK and the food that was supposed to be hot was hot. The second day we were there (A Monday morning) we came down to have a breakfast at about 7:30 AM. This time the meal was not good, Many of the selections had been picked over (apparently eaten by previous diners) and the hot food items that were still on the buffet were room temperature. We remained in the breakfast area talking for nearly an hour and no one ever came to check or refill the buffet. We were disappointed in the second meal.

Great location and pet friendly

Overall nice. The pool however was frigid, so cold that staff even warned us about the temperature. Which was disappointing and no hot tub to relax in either.

The staff was friendly but the property itself was old and outdated. Some of the outlets didn't work. The pool's heater wasn't working so it was very cold. The entire hotel other than the lobby is need of an update and a pool heater. Next time I'll just spend a little more money and stay somewhere else.

Close by to The Rose Music Center, plenty of restaurants and shopping close by!

Hotel is a little tired compared to other holiday inn express that I’ve stayed in.
One of the guys I was staying with found a bed bug in his bed.

Elevator had weird smell.

Staff new. Didn’t understand 3 rd party reservations. Got charged twice for room. Keep getting holds on card 2 and 4 days after check out.

The stay was average, the representative that checked us in was Renee she was pleasant and helpful. They can do a better job making sure the lobby area and elevator stay clean as well as making sure you can access all of the entrances with your key card also the water pressure was low but it wasn’t a bad experience I would go back.

Clean, staff was great, breakfast was great but would be nice if it was sooner.

I like the location, itself. The area has grown and more developed.
It's just an older build and it's only so much they can do.

The pool was not heated. Evening staff was friendly. Pancake machine was not working. The room was very comfortable.

Elevator very slow. Breakfast average at best. Coffee luke warm. Bathtub narrow. Water low pressure in shower.
