The price was decent , easy to find, location good

Cons:

The staff wasnt friendly at the desk that night nor that morning. Wasn't no n have a nice day no interaction with the morning staff. Night was because she had to check me in.

I was disappointed as the description said excellent breakfast and it wasnt any where near excellent
Pros:

It was close to the location we were working at

Cons:

The lobby smelled like majauana
There were people hangong out outside in the parking lot
The ac did not work properly in the room. We got it working but it was hit or miss cooling but it was so late and we were tired and just went to bed
The breakfast was EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTING

Good location, but there are cleaner places for the same price.
Pros:

The location is very central to the city.

Cons:

Carpet in our room was sticky. There was a sock and empty wine bottle left under the bed. The walls were dirty in places. Bathroom was clean but stained in places. The carpet was wavy and coming off the floor in the dining area as well. The chair upholstery was cracked and stained. Everything was just run down.

100$ deposit fee?!
Pros:

It was not too bad of a location my room did smell a bit but other than that was OK.

Cons:

100$ deposit fee!? And I won't get it back till who knows when. I would have loved to have had a heads up about that. Also, a 100 deposit fee is outrageous.
