Beds were comfortable, linen was clean, hot water was hot, towels were clean
This place operates on a shoestring budget. Cleaning is a let-down - dusty shelves to bedside table, upper shelf in wardrobe, backs of cupboards. They seem hesitant to re-stock WC paper, tissues etc when run down. Body wash and Shampoo dispensers were almost empty on arrival.
This place also appears to have long-term residents, who cook in their rooms, which can result in fumes penetrating other rooms. There was even a dog inside the apartment next to ours - surely against regulations.
The check-in is clunky after hours (only staffed 9:00am to 1:00pm) despite forewarning, having to ring at the locked door once to get ID sorted out, then another number to get a key box code before retrieving the key and e-fob. While staying, we met several guests (from overseas) standing outside the locked entrance who were confused about the entry processes until we explained the convoluted manner of phoning etc as above.
Great value! Right in the city centre, didn't expect to get a whole apartment for a great price
The location is great, but no car parking. I spent $80 for overnight parking at the nearest car park.
No car park. No option for in room breakfast. However, there are a lot of restaurants around.

Not very clean. Check in was 2pm, but reception closed at 1pm!!!
Apartment not in the building we booked. Lifts were not working on arrival. VERY dirty. Not enough towels, crockery and cutlery. Mould in shower./spa. Blood on a pillow. Windows and blinds filthy. Carpet falling apart. Went to reception next day and was told it couldn't be deep cleaned until after we left. Have taken photos .

Scruffy , tired and needed a deep clean. Reception not staffed on Sunday when we attempted to check in. Took 30mins plus standing out in the cold talking to remote help desk to get access to my pre paid room. Having to use unsafe web client to upload id and credit card info. This was not made obvious when i booked, otherwise i would have chosen a better alternative. The price was, in this case, too good to be true.

Filthy. Spa bath was covered in think mould. Glasses in cupboard were not even washed. Nobody at reception at arrival. Had to wait 20 mins for someone. Checked out 4 hours after I checked in

Couch dirty and uncomfortable. Carpet dirty. Power board right next to the sink dangerous. Old dirty cookware.

We liked the location. We liked that the apartment was roomy for four people.
We were grateful for Lilian at the corporate office, as we had to call that number in order to get any service at the front desk. She contacted the reception attendant on duty, who was off delivering items to other apartments while we waited at reception for around 20 minutes, unsure of what was happening.
This was particularly frustrating as I had spoken to the attendant the day prior to confirm that we could arrive by 4pm. Upon arrival, we were met with a sign at reception stating “Friday – Closes at 1pm,” which caused immediate concern. After travelling all the way from Far North Queensland, seeing an unattended reception desk despite having confirmed our arrival time was stressful.
When the attendant eventually arrived, he was very casual, offered no real apology, and checked us in. He took a copy of my driver’s licence and later left it on the photocopier without my knowledge. He then asked us to wait again while he went to inspect our apartment before allowing us access, which added to the confusion. Eventually, we were given only one set of keys, despite being two couples staying together and planning separate activities over the three days. This was very inconvenient.
Unfortunately, this was not the end of our concerns. There were additional issues with cleanliness, broken and missing items, and the spa tub did not work either. Overall, the experience did not meet expectations.
