Dirty, uncomfortable and felt disgusting

Extremely dirty, run down, stains on bed sheets and bed, walls had poorly repaired paint jobs from holes I assume?

Hairs and random bits or rubbish scattered around the place - genuinely was just incredibly dirty.

Pros:

Roomy apartment, great location , comfortable beds, good value.
Plenty of space for the 5 of us

Cons:

Maintance needed, toilet roll holders all loose, shower heads loose.
Both showers required big stepping into, no hand rails for support. Ensuite shower had a big marble step up then down into shower. Handrail definitely neededd

Comfortable, still waiting for bond to be returned..
Pros:

There was no breakfast, only lots of green tea and caffeine free coffee, no biscuits..
Liked the location of the apartment, close to tram etc.
The receptionist (female ) was lovely and was surprised had to pay a bond after I paid for the night and still it hasn't been returned, when we left, I told the male staff at reception that we put the rubbish in the back room as requested. Still nil bond returned..not happy

There was only caffeine free coffee and nil variety of tea, only 1 mug not 2..no fuss was made it was average, the room was not clean, took photos and shown reception staff who apologised, room was later cleaned. Staff should inspect room before new people come in as it shows they are not invested in making the room to be in great condition, this made me question why I paid $228 plus an extra bond if $100 which I called about today only to be told to contact booking .com..why when the receptionist told me it was be returned on Monday, it is now Friday and am still waiting.

I would stay again but next time i will complain if the room is dirty.
Pros:

Location is fantastic. The bedroom was big. Lounge and kitchen was functional. The WIFI and streaming was great, the bed was great. It was pretty quiet except for noise through the walls. Nice high ceilings. Secure feel.

Cons:

The kitchen and bathroom were dirty and mouldy. On the second day of being in the room strangers entered as they had been booked into the same room. It was sorted downstairs though. The basic servicing of the room was incomplete or not at all. Washing machine cold tap did not turn on.

Very appreciative of the free upgrade, the balcony and size of apartment was amazing but there was a lot not being maint

Great location, huge apartment, amazing view from balcony

Cons:

Air conditioning was awful, a bad odour in the apartment, very uncomfortable bed that fell in from flimsy slats and there was a spa bath which we weren’t allowed to use as it would flood the other bathroom so clearly things aren’t being maintained

Not great value for money - helpful staff
Pros:

I liked the location. The staff service was helpfu. If we had an issue he helped any way he could.

Cons:

The price for what we got. The kitchen didn't have much in the way of kitchenware. The carpets looked stained. The walkway to our room was blocked making it hard to get in and out of our room. There were cigarette buds on the balcony.

Great location and good value, but a little tired.
Pros:

Good sized apartment with a great location in the middle of the CDB. Friendly staff. Good price.

Cons:

Reception has very limited hours. Not a lot of facilities - just your bare bones services apartments. The rooms were generally a little worn out.

Very average and disappointed, definitely not value for money.
Pros:

I booked our accomodation especially for the spa as my kids never get to use one, it didnt work. The bedroom lights didnt work, also the tv couldnt get channels the next morning when yhe tv was turned on.

Cons:

The spa fidnt work.
