As always a great experience. Manager Robert and 2IC Sven were excellent hosts and ensured everything went smoothly for our training program. Service from all other staff was also excellent, including Nita in the lounge and tikky the room maid.
As a vegetarian, finding great dining options in Bangkok can sometimes be challenging, but Chef Sachin at The Westin Grande Sukhumvit made our experience truly exceptional. From his warm welcome to the thoughtful and delicious vegetarian dishes he prepared, he went above and beyond to ensure we had plenty of wonderful options—even creating special items just for us. The level of care and hospitality was genuine and deserving of a five-star rating. Special thanks as well to the manager, whose attentiveness and professionalism made the experience even more memorable. Highly recommended!
Chef Sachin went an extra mile to serve breakfast. He took the effort to curate a Veg noodle bowl to our taste . Though it wasn't part of menu . Would remember such hospitality .
I had an exceptional stay at The Westin, where every team I encountered delivered genuinely warm and highly professional service. From the moment I arrived, the front desk team made me feel truly welcome, handling check-in efficiently while taking the time to understand my preferences and explain all the hotel’s facilities in a courteous and knowledgeable manner. The restaurant staff at the buffet were consistently attentive and gracious, remembering my daily choice of black tea and ensuring it was prepared exactly the way I like it, which transformed a simple breakfast into a personalised ritual. Housekeeping also went above and beyond: my room was always impeccably clean, and the thoughtful birthday decorations, handwritten card and towel art made the stay feel intimate and memorable rather than just another night in a hotel.
What impressed me most was the hotel’s culture of genuine care – every interaction felt sincere, and the teams worked seamlessly together to anticipate my needs without ever being intrusive, creating a comforting sense of being looked after away from home. I would wholeheartedly recommend this Westin to anyone who values refined hospitality, personalised touches and a consistently high standard of service across the front desk, restaurant and housekeeping teams.
Lovely Stay. Bed was comfortable and cozy. Room was quiet and spacious. Toilets were cleans. Food was amazing specially breakfast.

The location of the hotel is excellent, right on Sukhumvit, just a few steps from the BTS and Metro. There are many restaurants and bars in the immediate vicinity. The staff is very friendly and helpful. My room on the 24th floor was very spacious, directly opposite the lounge where breakfast is also served, provided you have booked the lounge access option. Due to the pleasant, quiet atmosphere there, I definitely recommend it. Additionally, very advantageous: this room includes complimentary laundry of 2 garments per day. The room's furnishings are classic international. The amenities include a kettle with tea and a Nespresso machine. The only downside is that the air conditioning cannot be adjusted or turned off. As a result, it was sometimes too cold for me. I also really liked the bar 'Zest' and the Japanese restaurant 'Kisso,' which is very good, but also quite expensive. Nevertheless, it is worth going there. It's value for money

Excellent hotel and services. K. Pom at the breakfast area was so nice when we knew that we love the grill pork skewer but there’s none at the hotel. She went an extra miles and made it for us.

This hotel has a great location to the BTS and Terminal 21. This hotel should be my number one to stay at, but they focus on things that maybe don’t add to a great experience for the customer.
My room and the floor seemed to have an issue with AC… it was definitely too warm in my room. Stayed here 15 years ago and it looks the same as it did when I last stayed here.
I would give the Sheraton across the street much higher marks or the Marriott Surawongse is a great option too.
I come to Bangkok 3-4 per year, I won’t book this property again.
Hotel is in a convenient location, right beside Terminal 21 (a mall) and the Asok BTS station. There are many massage shops in the area as well with notable ones like HealthLand about a 10 min walk away. The room was very clean and the staff very pleasant. They went out of their way to keep our stay comfortable. Shout out to Army, the staff who helped us clean our room for the full duration of our stay! He was very courteous and thoughtful. Couldn't ask for better!
