Excellent hotel, the staff exuded the 5 star experience
Everything was good
The evenings at the executive lounge was a reprieve after a long day outside. The staff especially Khun Punch was always there to greet you with her smile and zealous hospitality
Our stay at the hotel was absolutely wonderful! From the moment we checked in until our departure, every member of the staff was warm, courteous, and always willing to help. The rooms were spacious, clean, and comfortable, making our family vacation even more enjoyable.
A special thank you to Chef Sachin Manoj for preparing the most delicious dosas every morning. They were fresh, authentic, and full of flavor, and quickly became the highlight of our breakfast. Chef Sachin’s kindness and dedication to ensuring guests enjoyed their meals made our experience truly memorable.
We truly appreciate the exceptional hospitality and outstanding service provided by the entire team. We highly recommend this hotel and look forward to staying here again on our next visit!
I am very disappointed with this stay. Although the hotel has some excellent staff—especially in room service, the lobby, and some members of the reception team—my experience during this visit was unacceptable.
My first-night check-in experience was one of the worst I have ever had. The customer service I received deserves a zero rating. I had booked five rooms, yet I was given only one key card for each room, which was very inconvenient.
As a highest-level Booking.com Genius member, I asked if there was any breakfast offer or benefit available, but I was offered nothing. I was also asked to pay for an extra bed for every night, despite having communicated this request in advance and being assured that it would be provided free of charge.
To make matters worse, my card payment was declined three times because of the payment machine. I eventually had to suggest that the receptionist change the machine, and only then did the payment go through.
Poor customer service can ruin an otherwise pleasant hotel. Unfortunately, this experience has completely changed my opinion of the property, and this will be my last stay here.
The breakfast spread at the hotel is lovely, vast with options and very attentive staff. There are good Indian Food options as well and Chef Sachin and Manoj took amazing care of us bringing freshly made stuff.
With the hotel placed well near the central shopping area, it’s a good one to stay at.

I had a wonderful stay at The Westin Grande Sukhumvit, Bangkok. The hotel’s location is one of its biggest advantages, with easy access to Terminal 21 shopping mall and the BTS Asok and MRT Sukhumvit stations, making it extremely convenient for exploring Bangkok.
The room was comfortable, clean, and well-appointed, offering a relaxing retreat after a day in the city. The staff were friendly, professional, and provided excellent service throughout my stay. The hotel also offers great facilities, including a nice pool, fitness center, and dining options.
Being located in the heart of Sukhumvit, surrounded by restaurants, shopping, and entertainment, makes this hotel a great choice for both business and leisure travelers. I would highly recommend The Westin Grande Sukhumvit for its excellent location, comfort, and welcoming hospitality.
We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful hotel in the heart of Bangkok’s business district. The atmosphere throughout the property is warm and welcoming, and every staff member we encountered was genuinely friendly.
Our room was spotless, and Army, our room attendant, was especially attentive and always willing to help with anything we needed. In fact, everyone—from housekeeping to the restaurant team, the massage staff, and other service areas—was consistently superb. Their kindness and professionalism made our stay truly enjoyable.

Top location,great atmos..phere,
We had a suite ,so it was very spacious, my little 3 year old could run around the whole place..
Hotel was clean and the noise from the streets were kept at bay..
The best part was the breakfast..
Me and my family are Tea people ..Chef Sachin and Chef Manoj made sure the tea (masala tea ,) was fantastic and made on the point crispy dosa for my toddler ..each day of our stay (10 days)
Highly recommend for Indian families travelling with kids .

I m a regular guest at the Westin Grande Sukhumvit. Always nice to come back. The location is very good, very central (if this term can be applied to Bangkok ;-). The General Manager, Mr. Robert Wittebrood is a great and excellent manager, a great leader for many years. And this shows especially by his leading personnel. Would like to mention this time Mr. Emre R.M and Mr. Ae. Thery provided excellent service. The executive lounge provides good service and quality.
Whenever I travel to Bangkok for business, The Westin is always my hotel of choice, and once again, I was not disappointed. The service is consistently fantastic, and the team always makes each stay comfortable and effortless.
A special mention and sincere thanks to Denis at Reception for his exceptional assistance during my recent stay. I had to make some last-minute transport arrangements, and he handled everything seamlessly, making the entire process completely hassle-free. I truly appreciated his attentiveness, efficiency and willingness to help.
