Had a really great stay at The Westin Grande Sukhumvit.
The room was nice, clean, and spacious - super comfortable overall. Check-in and check-out were both smooth and efficient, which I always appreciate.
The lounge access was definitely a highlight. The afternoon tea and evening cocktails had a great selection of food and drinks - honestly, it already feels like having a full dinner.
Breakfast at the main restaurant was also solid. Loved the little touch of having free fresh coconut juice during breakfast, such a nice addition.
Location-wise, it’s perfect, right next to Terminal 21 and the BTS, so getting around is super convenient.
I had a wonderful stay at the Westin and wanted to specifically highlight the exceptional hospitality I experienced. A special thanks to Chef Manoj, who went above and beyond to ensure every meal was perfectly tailored and enjoyable. His attention to detail and genuine care truly stood out.
I would also like to appreciate Pon, who made my stay incredibly comfortable with attentive and thoughtful service throughout. Both of them made a real difference and elevated the overall experience.
Highly recommend this hotel not just for its facilities, but for the amazing staff who make you feel genuinely valued.

Location is excellent just next to Terminal 21 and Asok BTS station. Hotel is clean and the staffs are great! We had our late lunch by the pool. Pool is not big but pleasant. And staffs Mao and Gear looks after us well in our pool time. Will definitely stay here again.
My servers Mao and Gear were very kind, they went above and beyond to make sure I had a great time poolside. Great view, relaxing atmosphere!

This is my 2 nd time stayed in this hotel last month March for a week and this time April 8-15 ,2026 . One thing I love this hotel because of the service and the quality of food they serve. We stayed in 24 floor which has lounge for breakfast , snacks and dinner.plus the staffs are friendly and accommodating ,specially Mr. Erme, Mr. O , Mr Gear , Mr.Ohm and lovely staffs of 24th floor. I had great and wonderful experiences yesterday’s Mad Stash and Westin Grande Pool Party.It was crazy fun filled with laughter and making friends around the world. I would definitely come back for the next pool party here. 👙💦🔫 thank you and more successful event coming along the way! 😇🙏🏼😍🥰

We like to thank the team at Westin Grande Sukhumvit for the excellent service received during our week stay in March. They have done everything to accommodate the gluten free needs of one of us. Special meals and excellent follow up in the restaurant during breakfast and the upstairs lounge during evening cocktails. Thanks again!

I stayed during the 2026 Q1 Double Night promotion, and the Club Lounge was one of the highlights of my stay.
I would especially like to thank Copter and Noey for taking such great care of us. They were thoughtful, attentive, and genuinely warm throughout our visit. What made the biggest difference was their sincerity — their hospitality felt natural and heartfelt, not scripted.
In my opinion, this is exactly the kind of soft strength that a hotel should truly value. Facilities matter, but it is team members like Copter and Noey who make a stay feel memorable and make guests want to come back. Westin is very lucky to have them.
And yes, Copter is also very handsome and charming, which certainly made him even more memorable — but more importantly, his kindness and genuine attitude really stood out.
I really enjoyed this place. The atmosphere was nice and comfortable.
The best part was the Indian food. It was very tasty and felt like home food. Special thanks to the Indian chef Manoj K, who cooked such delicious meals.

I found stay at the hotel very comfortable. Indian food counter in the dining hall is amazing. During the breakfast, variety of spread is worth noting. Mr. Manoj, the chef, managing the Indian counter is extremely good. His hotly prepared dishes taste and quality is excellent. He takes care of the hotel guests very politely. I enjoyed my breakfast daily.
