The breakfast and sercvice were both excellent

Cons:

The toilet in our bathroom was clogged, but it was fixed quickly. However, there was still an occasional foul odor coming from the pipes. I recommend bringing this up to management early in your stay if you come across this issue. We personally didn‘t as we were mostly outside and already mid-stay so moving rooms was a hassle and might‘ve encountered other issues since the building is quite old.

Great place for leisure and business with family
Pros:

It is a center placed hotel, it is very convenient to go since it is near the BTS station

Would give a greatest appreciation for Mrs Narim, for her hospitality during our stay (cleaning the room, ensuring we have everything in our room) in here to ensure my baby can also enjoy the stay with his dad during i have a meeting.

Another fantastic stay
Pros:

Centrally located, The Westin Grande is perfectly positioned for getting around by Grab or BTS Skytrain.

Robert the GM is always providing a smile and help, with all staff on point; a special call out to Prayoung for her friendly greetings.

It’s definitely a great hotel for business or personal travel.

Pros:

I had a wonderful stay at The Westin during a recent work trip. The breakfast spread was excellent with plenty of options, the staff were consistently warm and professional, and the location made getting around the city very convenient. Everything ran smoothly, which made a busy trip much easier. I would gladly stay here again on my next visit.

More than 20 years as a member of Westin Workout, and for the past 6 years, I have had Khun Mind’s help. She teaches correct exercise techniques, creates workout plans based on individual goals (weight loss, muscle gain, and overall fitness), and explains how to use gym equipment properly. She is a highly professional, knowledgeable, and supportive trainer who truly cares about her clients’ progress and safety.

Westin Staff
Pros:

I use this hotel about 4 or 5 times a year and it never fails to impress me. It’s all about the staff that make me come back, it’s the staff that makes a hotel stay comfortable and enjoyable. The staff in Zest bar, Ornnie, Ann, Mink, Gift and Noona always were a pleasure to the start of my evening very friendly helpful and polite, exceptional at their job and professionalism a fantastic team led by Ornnie.

Also the housekeeping staff, always attentive and extremely friendly whenever I met them so a big thank you to Joy, Army and Somwas for all your efforts it’s greatly appreciated, thank you.

Staff at the pool bar are also very helpful and pleasant, this was a great visit and it’s due to the staff, I am sure that everyone feels the same way who visits the Westin.
