Front desk staff is amazing
Pros:

The rooms are nice, modern and clean. The hallways are deceptive because they look dated. Other than that I have no complaints.. The front desk person is amazing. He has enough personality for a whole staff. I enjoyed my stay.

Pros:

It was nice and clean. the people working there were also nice. the room was clean and the bathrooms were clean. we came for a concert at the roxy and the hotel was right down the road which was convenient.

Cons:

there is not much going on for breakfast. only dry cereal and bagels. i understand that it is a smaller hotel but i feel as if a little more effort can be put into it.

Won’t be staying at this location or any other spark 2nd experience and you guys remodel old hotels.
Pros:

Hotel was very clean.

Cons:

Air conditioning unit leaked all over the floor getting valuable wet. Made me sign a smoking consent but not the person ahead of me. His wife was very rude made me not feel welcome because of race. The hotel was outdated and the room was so small.

Good for an easy overnight stay with late checkin.
Pros:

Late check in and late check out. Coffee on the way out. Dog friendly with dog station.

Cons:

It was very hot in the hotel. Despite turning on the a/c in the room it was still very warm and the window did not open. The fridge in the room did not work. And in the am there was a puddle of water in front of it. I was unaware there was a parking fee until I arrived. There was hair in the shower when I went to go use it. It was not mine.

Great stay
Pros:

Great stay. Went to a concert at Coca Cola Roxy and this hotel is in a prime location. Definitely walkable distance. But it was night so I drove and it was like 5 mins drive. The hotel is easy to find. Has ample parking. Clean and nice decor inside. The only misleading part was on all the website I saw it said parking was free but its not. Upon check in the form says $10 parking. The room was really nice and clean
I thoroughly Insepcted it. Multiple charging stations. The bed was comfy. Bathroom clean. The hotel serves minimal breakfast and has a small commissary to buy snacks. It has a mini fridge and microwave. Decent size tv. No complaints overall, I'd definitely stay again. It has an outdoor pool. Cool TV with updates about atlanta in the elevator.

Great place to stay!! Waheed went above and beyond!
Pros:

Great location to Truits Park! We went to a concert at the Coca-Cola Roxy and had a very short drive. The staff were all so kind and courteous! The room was very clean and everything had a very fresh smell! Great experience! We will definitely come back here when we visit this area again! Also we were able to get a late check out with no problem! 😊 Waheed was extra kind and very sweet! 🫶

Didn't sleep much at all! Walls paper thin! Heard walking footsteps above all night!

The inside of the hotel was OK. Clean. Needed updates.

This hotel seems very old and they touched it up with some paint.

The worst part is that the walls are PAPER THIN! You can hear every conversation the room next to you is having and can hear EVERY STEP the room above you takes. We got no sleep due to the steps we heard from the room above us from 1am - 4am! Probably will not go back to another Spark because of this experience.
