A very impressive hotel that is very close to the French quarter. In a grand, solid, attractive older building, the lobby was colourful, unusual and bright with a cool bar and sitting area, and the staff were very friendly and welcoming (although the piped music was rather loud I thought). Our room was a good size with a nice, modern bathroom and it was quiet with a large comfy bed. We didn't take the valet parking but parked almost next to the hotel in a safe multi-storey for around $30 a night. They don't offer breakfast but there are many cafes nearby (of varying quality!). In an expensive city the value for money of this hotel seemed pretty good to me and I would very much recommend it.
Would stay here again. We had some special needs and staff was real helpful. Enjoyed the ghost in the elevator - it would stop on random floors. My son thought it was great.
Chris, the front desk clerk, was so helpful and AMAZING!!!! I would like to request that you let him know I wrote a review for him. He has a great personality, is very helpful, and is just a great person. He even insisted on helping me load my car. I had to wait for 18 elevators to pass me by, as one was broken, and Chris came to the fourth floor to save me. It was so HOT!!!
All guests need to be informed when making a reservation that, if they are driving, they will be charged $42/night, which I think is outrageous. I was not informed it was a per-night charge. You offer the service, why $42??? Especially for the rates you charge.
Other than the hotel being very warm in the lobby and hallways, the bed was AMAZING. My cabinet in my room was broken; otherwise, I had a very pleasant stay. Will have to find somewhere less expensive next time
Very helpful staff, clean and very comfortable

Customer service was terrible!
The plumbing inside the shower walls/ceiling had a major leak!
Completely ignored 1st 10-15 minutes upon arrival until another person came in who wasn’t a patron was helped…
Clean and spacious.
The bathroom bath stopper didn’t stop the water from running out so a cup and towel was to be used.
This was my second time staying here for Mardi Gras, and it reminded me exactly why I came back. It’s such a beautiful hotel with a cozy yet modern feel and truly one of the best places to stay for Mardi Gras in New Orleans.
The location is fantastic for locals Mardi Gras and being close to the parade routes. Having a hotel that is convenient to the Mardi Gras parades makes the whole experience so much more enjoyable. You can walk to the parades, soak in all the celebration, and then come back to a calm and comfortable space to recharge.
The artwork throughout the hotel is stunning and really captures the creative spirit of New Orleans. The design and overall vibe feel stylish, welcoming, and very authentic to the city.
The staff also made the stay exceptional. Everyone was warm and helpful, and I especially want to thank Amanda for going above and beyond to make our stay wonderful. Great hospitality during Mardi Gras weekend makes such a difference and it was truly appreciated.
If you’re looking for a beautiful and comfortable hotel near the Mardi Gras parade routes in New Orleans, this is a fantastic choice. Perfect for locals Mardi Gras, parade hopping, and enjoying the energy of the city while still having a cozy place to come back to. I’m already looking forward to my next stay.
I loved the vibe here! I enjoyed the art and aesthetic throughout the entire hotel, especially in the lobby and bar—it’s such a nice space to hang out in. The front desk crew was super friendly and definitely knew their stuff. The location is great since you can walk to pretty much everywhere you'd want to go.
Very close to all major tourist attractions. Walkable. A lot of food places nearby. Very kind and friendly employees. They have pool , gym, free coffee & a small bar next to check in booth.
Has always been a great place to stay while in New Orleans! The front desk reception area is fantastic with wonderful music, pictures and super friendly staff. The bar is terrific and the rooms are very nice.
Great hotel centrally located and well priced. Beautiful decor and has a welcoming staff, lobby and bar. The rooms are comfortable , simple and clean. We’ve stayed here multiple times.
Ubicacion, personal
Se escuchaba un ruido de camion descargando o cargando algo en la madrugada por 4 dias de los 5 de mi estancia
Cool Hotel. Def use Valet service if you bring a car, parking is very expensive and the valet service was great my only complaint was my room was never cleaned and we were there for 3 nights
