Pros:

The lady at the counter was great-she recommended breakfast places just across the street and one down the street which were fabulous. There was one man who was a little 'snooty' but the other men were great.
No coffee or tea available all day. We were able to borrow umbrellas - awesome.

No coffee or tea available all day. Prefer to be able to have in room/or at bar (not there all day - into night)

It was ok staff was nice but I expected this hotel to offer men more

I liked the aesthetics it was pretty

Cons:

No breakfast and the light was dim. I didn’t like the little table in front of the Mirror in the room the hotel didn’t have enough light.

THE BED WAS SO COMFORTABLEL AND THE STAFE AT THE
CHECK IN DESK WAS ALWAYS THERE FOR US THE HOTEL WAS BEAUTIFUL. UNBELIEVABLE SERVICE FOR THE MONEY. Ì WOULD DEFINITELY STAY THERE AGAIN

Fun & upbeat vibes with a great location.
Pros:

Location was perfect. We also enjoyed the vibes and atmosphere of the Hotel.

Cons:

I felt like the bathroom/shower could have been a little cleaner. And the TV/cable box didn’t work.

I would definitely stay here again!
Pros:

The property is beautiful and as pictured. The rooms are clean and aesthetically appealing. The staff was extremely pleasant. The location was perfect to access Canal and Bourbon in minutes.

Cons:

The 7th floor was a bit warm for my friends but I was perfectly fine.
