We were early and our room wasn't ready which wasn't a big deal. When we came back hours after our check in time and it still wasn't ready, that was annoying. Other than that, it was a great hotel

We had a one-night stay at this property. The hotel was very clean, and the staff were nice. Plenty of parking, right outside the main entrance. Breakfast was not as good as other Hampton Inns I have stayed in, but that was a minor detail. Coffee was delicious! The area this hotel was located in seemed very nice, with a lot of shopping and restaurants close by. Would not hesitate to stay again.
Just a one night stay in GR. Our son moved to another part of town so this was our first time at this Hampton Inn. The front desk staff was courteous and thorough at check in. We had a small problem when we got the single king bed room reserved by our other son instead of the 2 double bed room we needed. The lady at the desk took care of it right away and with ease, no problems! Room and bath were clean. Didn't get to the pool but it was open. Breakfast was top notch. Hot and cold items. Plenty of tables for a crowded Sunday morning. Will DEFINATELY come back the next time in GR!
Came for a quick weekend trip, never been to GR. Immediately after checking in, checked out of hotel due uncleanliness and unsanitary conditions. The soap was already used, ceilings on table, microwave was dirty, the bed had yellow stains on it.
Real good stay. The staff went out of their way to make sure we were taken care of.

Stayed on 19th of June! My room was dirty. Was awaken at 8am of someone trying to get into my room. Yelled that I was in there. They came back 10 minutes later, asked that I had to go to the front desk. Got dressed, went to front desk. Apparently I wasnt supposed to be in that room that THEY put me in. Went back to room and decided to leave since I was up, realized I dont even have a shower curtain, so no shower for me. What a ShitShow!! Avoid this place like the plague!

I asked before i booked if there was a pool the answer was yes until we arrived no pool access.???? Very disappointed The hotel itself was not very clean not what we are used to in a Hampton inn. Please email me so I know you received my concerns.
While our room had a view of a concrete wall (no joke!), we had to switch rooms because we didn’t have the pullout sofa we reserved and the pool was not in service (should Hilton not lower the price for a subpar room/service or give us credit toward a future stay? Remember when companies worked hard to keep customers happy?), we had a good nights sleep.
Everything was ok. I just felt like the continental breakfast was not enough for everybody. I woke up at around 7 before 8 to get breakfast and there is barely any warm meals, there is no batter for the waffles and no sausage/bacon. I ask for a refill for the food but they only refill 2 small cup of batter for the waffles not even checking if anything else is empty.
Sadly this Hampton flies a very tattered US flag. Alas, the hotel is tattered like the flag. Of the staff only Kalia at checkout had a name tag and was sweet. The pool was so chlorinated as to make our eyes water. The hotel was dirty, old, dark. The bedroom was acceptable; breakfast was in a small serving area and marginal. Not up to Hampton Inn standards.
I was told the room had two queen beds and a pull out couch in the other living area. There were aunts all over the floor by the door to the pool. I saw a mouse running around in the basement by the elevators and went under the door to the equipment room. We stayed in room 517/T17.
This hotel was nice and clean. The only problem was that the sink didn't have hot water
Room was great. Breakfast was not very good. Only one waffle maker and ran out of food and coffee several times
