Pros:

Staff were friendly and provided bottled water when gym water supply ran out - gym water tasted metallic - breakfast was ok, comfortable room except for noise

Cons:

Staff did not monitor quiet hours - Noisy neighbors until 1:30 am. room 111 at end if hall by door is nosy with in and out all night - pool timed jets did not work and pool area/floor looked dirty

Cons:

I booked this room for 5 adults. When we arrived, the hotel could not accommodate adding a cot to the room. I was obliged to book rooms last minute elsewhere.

Staff was outstanding, but the property is old and needs a long overdue face lift. Badly.
Pros:

The staff was professional, friendly, and did whatever they could to help me.

Cons:

When I opened the door to my room it smelled like a dumpster. It was Balloon Fiesta week so they were sold out and there would be nowhere else to go for under $500/nite. Next choice was to ask front desk if they had a Lysol spray or something I could freshen up the room with. Had Febreze cinnamon apple spray. Doused the a/c unit, bedroom, and bathroom. Took spray back to front desk. Wasn't the greatest smell, but better than dumpster. The safe did not work. Tub paint was chipped. Only a trickle of water came out of the sink faucet. Sheers on the window were yellow they were so dirty. The professional and friendly staff helped me overcome my disappointments. NOTE TO MANAGEMENT: I thought Wyndham's name on the property would be a bonus, but it wasn't. IMHO, business women of 30+ years, with a small investment, you could turn this mediocre property into one that would challenge the competitors in the area.
