My husband and son stayed here when my son had a medical procedure at Cincy Children’s. They were great. At some point my son lost his glasses, but we weren’t sure if it was at the hotel. I stopped by a couple weeks later and Jason at the front desk and Karen in housekeeping went way out of their way to help look for them! Service here is alwyas strong.

Great location
We didn't get to eat any of the breakfast, they was very busy, we stood there for 20 mins, before I asked was anyone going to take our order. They wasn't taking anymore orders because it's was only one cook in the back. So we had to go elsewhere.
The hotel was beautiful. The staff were friendly and the room itself was very comfortable
Only complaint i have is the pillows were kinda lumpy probably from being washed but other than that.
Staff was awesome!!! Felt welcome immediately. Lobby was open, spacious, and colorful. Front desk staff throughout my staff we courteous and helpful!!! Room met my expectations and Fiona's cafe satisfied my needs!
There really was not anything that I disliked. I would recommend having a microwave in the room. But through the room description, it was already stated that there was no microwave. So, I have no complaints.
Die Nähe zum Zoo und das einfache Einchecken
Die Klimaanlage und die Verpflegungsmöglichkeiten
Frühstück sehr teuer und nicht auf internationale Gäste ausgerichtet
Parking kostenpflichtig
Bar restaurant and parking and the hospitality
I liked everything
Food was decent, staff was kind.
The shower in the bathroom was very dirty and the floor felt grimy. We also had a hard time with the thermostat.
It was quiet
I got charged double the price I should have been charged. I am a nurse and could not drive home. This hotel charged me twice as much as eveeyone else. I won't stay here again. The.food was disgusting.
Facilities, cleanliness
Close to campus
This was our 4th time staying here and will be our last. Check in was supposed to be at 4. Was told that we wouldn’t be able to check in until at least 4:30 due to a large group that had checked out late. Asked if they could text when room was ready, said they don’t have that capability. Was offered a code for the parking garage that did not work. Had to pay $10.00 the next morning to get out of garage.
⭐☆☆☆☆
As a longtime Hilton Honors Diamond member, I’ve stayed in hundreds of properties around the world — and I have never experienced anything like this. During my stay at The Graduate Cincinnati, my purse was stolen from inside my locked room.
At first, management seemed concerned and admitted that housekeeping had left my door open for about 15 minutes. However, when I escalated the issue to loss prevention, the story changed completely. Suddenly, no one could take responsibility — despite the hotel’s own admission that the door was left unsecured.
The lack of accountability and empathy was appalling. Not only did the hotel fail to ensure basic guest safety, but the follow-up was dismissive and defensive. Being told “we’re not responsible” after your personal belongings are stolen — because their staff left your room open — is absolutely unacceptable.
If you value your safety and peace of mind, do yourself a favor and stay elsewhere. There are plenty of hotels in Cincinnati that actually care about their guests and take security seriously.
Funky interior design, spacious rooms, spacious lobby with pool table, gym.
It felt a bit cold in the building.
