Great chain that has gone downhill since Hilton took it over.
Pros:

The staff was outstanding.

Cons:

The room and hotel were dirty and run down. The shower was filthy, the soap dispensers weren't clean and the place smelled like wet dog.

The staff was excellent. The hotel was very clean.

Cons:

Some of the art was a bit uncomfortable but the idea is cute. The staff was great but I dont think its worth the cost of the room. The beds felt like water beds shifting everytime someone moved. The coffee bar lacked options.

Super cute, unique stay!
Pros:

Love all the thoughtful, funky decor! The property was super clean and located close to everything we wanted to do.

Cons:

The coffee shop only had one staff member during our stay. Sunday morning on a holiday weekend the line took over half an hour. Loved our stay, but wish there was coffee in the room and somewhere in the bathroom to set your stuff.
