Found this Hotel online before we booked our weekend vacation ( looked nice ) . Ended up arriving to our room & immediately noticed it wasn’t clean . Every single drawer in the room pulled out , carpet dirty stains everywhere, bathroom tub filthy ( ring still around it ) , only thing they did was make the bed . Requested to pay for a different room , she said she upgraded me to a studio suite . Get to the studio & it’s ALSO DIRTY . Bathroom floor dry spotted , drains in shower & at sink flooded & takes a while for the water to go down literally standing in dirty water as you shower, mold in corner of shower ,stain by the handle you can’t even wipe off, tv remote no batteries & once again a filthy carpet .i also have videos of the mold but you can only post pictures here .This was a motel experience at a high price !!! I will never book here again .
The location is great, staff is friendly, and common area of the hotel are very nice. Unfortunately our room was in very bad shape. From the smell of must to stained carpet, peeling paint, towel rack falling out of the wall, dirty walls, and easily the most disgusting amount of dust accumulated in the light above the bathroom sink.
I did receive 5k points when I brought up the light however it took asking for a manager after asking the front desk to get it cleaned.
We Checked in and Irene was wonderful. We went to the bar in Zocca and met Maddy and JC. They were wonderful and treated us like family. They were so fun.
Amanda from Food and Beverage made us feel so welcome. Love this hotel.

No body wash, stained furniture, lumpy pillows
Hotel location on the Riverwalk was nice, rooms were not well insulated from road noise. Constant cars dragging in the area until about 2am. Staff was less than remarkable literally took my card to checkin, handed it back and gave me my keys. No amenity description or restaurant promotion or real greeting. Pillows were all worn and uncomfortable.

Rooms are a little dated and building is old, almost could smell mildew in my room but it seemed to go away after my check in, especially for the cost. I stay at a lot of hotels as an Ambassador and I must say this hotel definitely needs updating. The bar and restaurant are pretty good, great atmosphere. Everyone I encountered from check in to the bar to valet, very professional, friendly and nice.
The room was clean and very comfortable. The pool area was beautiful.
For the cost of the room a continental breakfast could have been included or at least a bottle of water.
Rooms are dated and definitely need to be renovated.Hotel is a great location and staff were wonderful.
The Westin Riverwalk was beautiful. Check in was a breeze. Bell boys always opened the door for us. The fresh smell when entering the front door was heavenly. Our room was spacious and it had a river view balcony! Everything was in walking distance. We also attend the Spurs Watch Party (go Spurs). And the hotel made my birthday special by delivering Champagne, cake, and sparkling water to our room. Thanks y'all.
