OK for a budget room. Thumbs-up for a clock; most of the higer-end hotels don't have them now.
Pros:

Better than the rip-off 'continental' breakfasts, but not much variety. Staff was especially friendly.

Cons:

Only one sink in bathroom (no biggee for a one-king room, I suppose). Hotel is in a back corner of a large shopping mall, and very difficult to locate (GPS only gives location of mall).

Cons:

I arrived 0n 11/17/25 with a booking .com reservation #6794971325. The receptionist told me that there were "no rooms available" even though I had a reservation. I ended up at another hotel for the night and was still charged for the room at your hotel. The desk person was very terse and offered no help whatsoever. Please explain how this could happen and inform booking.com to refund my charges.

Excellent room designed for comfort.
Pros:

The hotel was excellent. We had a room with a king bed and a sofa . Both we very comfortable. The room was designed as a suite with a short wall breaking the sitting area from the bed. Each area had a separate large wall tv so you could watch two separate shows. This was a great bonus. They also had a fridge and microwave in the sofa area and a desk.

Pros:

The TV controls when turning on or off were set at 100%. I felt bad for my neighbor. The walls were not very sound proof. I also could hear the slightest sounds coming from the hallway. 4 of us came here and still had to pay for parking. How else would you come to Tracy - by foot? The bed seemed good and the people at the counter were great.
