Pros:

部屋やバスルーム、ベッドなど広くて重厚感があった。ベッドのマットレスも最高で疲れがとれた。メイク落としやシャンプーなども高品質で、ティッシュも上質なものだった。フェイスマスクまで置いてあり、嬉しかったです。早朝に出発する予定だったので、お弁当や軽食が購入できて助かりました。

Cons:

コーヒーはインスタントではなく、ドリップがあると良かった。

ベイサイドステーションに近くて歩いて行けるのは、良かった。

Cons:

至る所に埃が見えました。もう少し隅々まで、掃除をしたほうが良いです。また、施設が古く破損している部位が随所に見受けられました。

Pros:

部屋は、清潔にされていた。
スタッフは丁寧に対応していた。
朝食のフレンチトーストは、美味しく期待通りでした。
オムレツもふわとろ加減がよかった。

Cons:

残念な点として、
チェックインの時間がかかる。
用紙に記入するのはいいが、スタッフの処理をもっとスムーズにする方法、自動化を検討したほうがよい。スタッフがPC処理する時間か長く感じた。他のホテルも時間かかるが、特に遅く感じたし、説明もそこまで詳細でなく、大理石お風呂滑りやすいのみ。もう少し早くできないかと！
当日、大人3人、子供１人でお願いしたが、ベッドはエキストラ含め3つ、アメニティも3人分しか準備されていなかった。
フロントに連絡して、アメニティは人数分準備してもらった。ベッドも準備すると言われたが、ディズニーリゾートで、疲れて直ぐに休みたかったので断った。１人分の費用は返金され、対応取ってくれたが、かなり残念なミスですね！
お風呂のスペースも広く取られていて、トイレ別にできたら、もっとよいかと思いました。

Good value for the price
Pros:

Great location as is infront of the train station. Price ia good compared to the other hotels in the area. It offer different take away food as option, this was very convenient having small kids.

Cons:

The beds and pillows are awful. In google maps there seem to be an indoor pool but theu dont reallyhave one.very disapointing.
