We booked this hotel because they had free airport shuttle however when we tried to call them to schedule a pickup when we arrived from PA, the phone rang several times & then hung up. We called 15 times altogether before & after our flight & still no answer. We called corporate to verify our reservation & to find out how we can get ahold of the hotel but they only had the same number we did. They said the shuttle should be outside when we arrived. It was not. We ended up having to call an uber to get us to the hotel. This was at 10:00pm. When we got to the hotel, we told the front desk that we had been trying to call them since 6pm. Corporate never contacted them. They told us that they were having phone issues & would reset it. Meanwhile we were out $15 for our uber. The room was on the first floor by the elevator, ice machine & lounge. We heard everything all night long! The next day, we reported that the light above the sink was flickering, the toilet seat was broken & the body wash was empty. When we came back to our room at the end of the day, nothing was done. Not even a clean up. Saturday night, we got to hear all of the above plus it sounded like furniture was being moved. Sunday evening, the phones were out again.The desk clerk had to give us her personal cell number to call when we were ready to be picked up by the shuttle & again, noise all night long. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

Was not used to a property, not being open. We were checking out at approximately 3:30 AM. And the door and office was closed and locked.

Not our first time at this property. We always stay there when we travel from NY to Florida. Staff is friendly, it's clean and comfortable and fits our needs. It's close to restaurants and shopping and rates are very reasonable.

Giselle was the front desk rep who was very responsive to our reservation problem & took great strides to assist us to resolve. Property was very nice, friendly staff, comfortable accommodations.

Water pressure was a little low in the shower. Other than that, everything was great.

I was ecstatic to have my room on the 1st floor due to knee issues. The staff was professional. I’d stay here again

I only showered and slept there. I was there for work. So I didn’t really STAY there.

We opted for the park, sleep and fly, staying the night before our flight. When we returned we called the hotel for 20 minutes trying to get a shuttle back there from the airport to pick up our car but no one answered the phone so we finally took a cab which cost just as much as it did to leave our car.

Affordable and great service and quality. Convenient for shopping and food.

No one answers the front desk phone. Took 50 minutes to get from airport to hotel. One of their competitors shuttle drivers helped us and we called the courtyard’s front desk. They answered first ring Fairfield and courtyard share a shuttle. I called Fairfield front desk 8 times with no answer
