Pros:

Inexpensive and bed was comfortable.

Cons:

No batteries in AC remote. One of lamps didn't work. Smoke alarm missing for repairs. WiFi barely adequate.

They tried to charge us for early check in which is tacky, the whole place was shabby and run down. Everything needed upgrades.

Looking forward to returning for another short stay.
Pros:

Convenient to beaches, restaurants and all Dennis has to offer. Nice location to be able to travel to other areas of the Cape. Pool was clean and refreshing. People were friendly.

Cons:

There should be a sign for driving out of the driveway “no left turn” as it is a divided highway.
Thorough deep cleaning. Everything seemed sticky. Remote, door knobs, doors, refrigerator, phone.
