This thing was incomplete because of a bug issue in the room that was given next had the odor of smo
Cons:

If there’s a problem with the room, it is the staff job to accommodate the consumer and make necessary adjustments. Unfortunate. We did not get the support from the staff.

Will definitely come back and stay if we visit KC again!

It’s not that I didn’t like it but knowing we had children and got a room with a sofa bed it would have been nice to have sheets, blankets and pillows in the room ready for the sofa bed. Also, I did request a crib when I reserved the room. No crib in room.

Comfortable stay for road trip
Pros:

I travelled with my dogs. I had the pet friendly room and I liked that it was non-carpet. More hygienic and less smelly than other rooms I stayed at elsewhere.

A nice breakfast offering.
