A routine stay turned into a reaffirmation of the good in some people.
Pros:

I could not find an item I needed for the rest of my trip. I told one staff member (housekeeping?) and before I realized it, three people, including the manager, were helping me to find the item. They went through my room thoroughly and stayed with me until the item was recovered. They were all kind and caring and went beyond their responsibilities. I was touched.

One of our worse stay ever!
Pros:

Not much to.like here.

Cons:

Room was too small for 4 people. Breakfast was subpar. There was a yipping dog in the room next to us that woke us at 7am.

courteous and friendly staff. clean comfortable rooms. whirlpoo tub did not work.
Pros:

friendliness of the staff. room was clean and comfortable. Bed was comfortable. breakfast was good, and well stocked.

Cons:

Paying 6.00 a night to park my car in their parking lot. the whirlpool was not working, and we had trouble opening the door to our room.

Our stay was very good and we look forward to using this hotel again.
Pros:

Breakfast is always exceptional and the employee who manages the breakfast is always so friendly and goes the extra mile to make sure everything is just right with us!

Cons:

The only thing I could mention was the temperature of the water in the shower was a bit too cold, could have been a little hotter.

People were great. She always had breakfast ready early which is a huge help to me.

Cons:

Room pretty aged. Hard to get a consistent temperature. Parking lot needs attention (pot holes, though yes it always snowy and icy)

Would choose a different hotel same area.
Pros:

The breakfast was great.

Cons:

We stayed in room 107 and was very musty/mold smelling. The fee for parking is crazy, you are not in a city setting. Never been charged for parking at a hotel setting like this one.
