Breakfast was not very appetizing and some of the convenience was out of order.
Pros:

It was convenient to everything.

Cons:

The remote on the TV didn’t work. Could not download netflix. And the pool was unavailable for over 3 days. That is part of the main service. Internet was also down for a day.

Things wasn't working well. They gave me a room with to queen bed and no couch. And I had 5 kids with me. I had to buy a blowup bed.

Pros:

Breakfast was very good. Staff was nice. Tried to help but items were not available.

Cons:

1. Hotel didn't have a non-allergenic option for bedding. Pillows were all down feathers and I'm allergic. There were no others available to offer as a replacement.
2. Bathroom tub needs a lot of work. It was VERY dangerous. Sides were bowed in and the bottom was very slippery. I couldn't find footing in the tub without putting a towel on the tub bottom to get some traction. I almost fell several times. My husband did fall - twice! He banged his head and his side really hard.

Pros:

It was clean , comfortable, pet friendly, good location, friendly staff . Breakfast was good with options. Had the fire alarm go off and the staff did everything calmly and quickly to get use back to our rooms .

Cons:

No hot tub as it stated in the original page and it said heated indoor pool and it was ice cold in July and no one was in it because it was cold . The shower needs better shower curtains because the one we had was not big enough and the whole floor was covered in water

It was quiet and in a great location we will definitely be back.

I liked that the pool was open till 11p. I liked where the property was located close to everything and the staff were so welcoming and very nice to my kids.

Nice hotel, comfortable beds and nice breakfast.

Cons:

Pool was way to cold, I wasn't informed they were cashless until I got there to check in and also got charged an extra $40 that I was not expecting either. Got into our room and there was a puddle of dirty water standing in the bathtub.

Love the friendly staff.

Cons:

We booked this room for a staycation and we were looking forward to swimming and enjoying the hot tub, however upon arrival to the pool area we noticed the hot tub had been boarded up. So NO hot tub. No where did it say the hot tub had been shut down.

Great value for comfortable stay
Pros:

Very quiet and comfortable.
Close proximity to many restaurants.
Neil at front desk was very helpful in fixing my online booking date error 🙏
