I am upset that Expedia didn’t make it clear that we had to check in before 7:00pm. We had no hotel and had to search for the next hour trying to find a place to stay. And then we got charged for a room we couldn’t even check in at. All this while trying to visit my dying father. Thanks Expedia
I liked the structure of the room. The kitchen area has an oven and microwave which I liked. I didn’t like that a only had 1 pillow , & I seen 2 roaches In my room during my stay
Reserved a room only to find out that you can’t check in after 7:00pm...Really? Perhaps not sharing vacancies online after 7:00pm would alleviate this becoming an issue in the future. Solutions! Not just problems.

Housing staff not caring if rooms were ready for guest
Room was not clean , had to wait until 3 to check in. There was no toilet paper or towels. The kitchen sink was backed up. The bathroom had spots of blood on the mirror and toenail clippings on the floor. I had to ask for toilet paper and towels. I was given 1 towel (for 2 guests), 2 wash cloths and 1 handtowel . They were disgusting and the 1 washcloth actually had a bandaid stuck to it. So I went to the store and bought towels and bleach to clean the bathroom.
Hotel told me there is no room available because they have mistake and asked me to call Expedia which I called expedia phone number showing from Expedia web site and I was answered by a person (mentioned his name as Frank Alison with extension 2046). Frank told me that I will get refund $100 and another room, but instructed me to buy Google Play gift card and give him the card code that he put into computer to process that. After give the google play card code, he asked me to hold the phone and wait 5 minutes, And then he was back to said the server is hanging, and need me to buy another google play card. At this point, I realized it is trap.
NEVER got a room which I booked from Expedia. I have been Expedia customer for many years. This is extremely BAD experience. WHY Expedia Phone number from Expedia Web site is handled way? I am strongly demand Expedia investigate this issue. And compensate my loss causing by this issue.

They close check in time a 3:00pm,i got there at 3:45 couldnt check in they took my money.this is the worse hotel ive seen. Alot of peopleslicing in them tore up cars everywhere .please do not get a room there its not even worth 33.00 i paid
There were no rooms for my reservation and the desk agent did nothing to offer any assistance or alternatives. They just said sorry....and it's not my fault I can't do anything.

They had roaches & the front desk assistant with the red hair was very rude and not good with customer service not friendly at all besides that everything was ok and the rest of the guest were friendly & nice the second time I stayed the lady porcha was very nice and checked me in very quickly she had great customer service skills
