The doors could be better
It was quiet.
Filthy. Mattress was stained and saggy. Bathroom had hair all over, even hanging from ceiling. Toilet seat was stained. Tub was moldy and had hair in it. Hallway by elevator full of trash the whole time we were there. Overpowering amount of air freshener to cover up lack of cleaning.

My stay at this hotel was excellent. The room was modern, clean, and well-maintained, with updated features that made the stay very comfortable. The front desk staff was professional, friendly, and efficient throughout my visit. I also appreciated the convenient location, which made it easy to get in and out. The breakfast offered a good selection and added great value. Overall, this hotel provides exceptional quality for the price, and I would highly recommend it to anyone traveling in the area.
The lady at the front desk was super nice
When we arrived after driving for hours my daughter needed to use the restroom. the ladies restroom in the lobby was clogged and filthy so she told the front desk. She had to wait until we got to the room.
When we arrived we turned the air on - reluctantly because of the pink dried up slime on the vents that appeared to be mold. The A/c needs cleaning too just like the rest of the room!
I won't even mention the bed with the dried up booger on the side of the mattress (yes we pulled the sheet and mattress cover back to check for bed bugs). No bugs but plenty of bodily fluids staining the mattress. They need to be replaced!
The toilet in our room clogged up the first time we used it and would not flush all the way. In the morning I had to go to the lobby to use the restroom....the ladies toilet was STILL CLOGGED from the night before. I told the lady at the front desk that it was still clogged from the night before and could I please use the men's restroom. The men's room was disgusting with old dried urine on the seat and base as if it had been accumulating for days.
Overall this place needs some deep cleaning and maintenance to the plumbing. I travel to Arkansas from Texas regularly and will NOT be staying here again.
Great Area, located by a lot of food places & shopping areas .
The staff was pretty amazing, the black lady that checked me in was very nonchalant. She had trouble finding my reservation and even by me showing her my information on my phone she still refused to honor that . She made me book a new reservation online . The room was not very clean after staying for two days noticed the comforter was not clean . When checking in used the restroom and the sink was stopped up the shower head had low pressure so you have to stand directly under to even get wet .
Location
Room wasn’t very clean Continental Breakfast was not good at all and not stocked almost everything was out and there was no guests eating at all. The desk clerk was also working the breakfast

Lighting was good, and the lady who checked us in was very nice.
Shabby, and not clean. Breakfast area was not clean. Beds were too high off floor and A/C was not working well.
Booking using the app was a convenient and stress free. The Hotel and my room was cleaned, quiet, and comfortably relaxing. Definitely will book again.
The entire atmosphere was comforting and relaxing.
