Not best out there but good enough for your bucks! I always return to this hotel!

Beautiful room! And in a great location!! I will definitely return. I had no idea we were right next to the Great Mall. Which included , Marshalls, Burlington, Olive Garden/Outback, Dave n Busters, Theater, McDonald’s, Chipotle and Gas station close (15mins) to San Jose State University. Awesome Awesome Awesome!!

Property has a covenient location.Staff are friendly ,they made you feel welcome,breakfast need a little work out though,dining staff should be refilling the food often so that guest wont be standing and waiting for the food to come.

It should have been a good stay if we were able to have a nice warm water shower. We had a long day driving with the summer weather so expecting to get warm shower but unfortunate water was cold. We were told they will fix within an hour but we have to check out early for our next destination. Cold Shower!!!

It was quiet, comfy, and clean. Also, conveniently located, and staff was nice. Kitchenette was cute, but we only used some dishes for cereal, and the frig. Breakfast was good, but it was crowded and had to wait for them to refill stuff.

Everything about this location was amazing. Everyone was cheerful and helpful

The best place I have stayed at. Staff are extremely friendly, come with breakfast, right next to a mall, cleanliness, and quick services. Someone spilled a drink in the elevator. We called the front office and the mess cleaned right away.

Wish there was more parking closer to the entrance point/elevator.

We enjoyed our stay. The property was clean, the bed was comfortable, and the suite was spacious.
The staff were friendly and welcoming.

If I could give this place zero stars, I would. Front desk was on a whole other level. I’ve stayed here on business a few times with the same issue I always seem to have with front desk giving me a hard time at check in. This time Marissa was consistently giving me a run around with her attitude out of place while the other employee just stood there letting it happen giving no care being so unprofessional. This passive rude aggression attitude made me tell my boss not to send me here under any circumstances. When asked to speak with management, all she could say was managing here at the moment and wouldn’t bother to check giving me times to call when SHE would be there! This type of behavior should not be allowed towards paying customers and I will not return or recommend my crew. The rooms are nasty, old, and smells of sulfur & marijuana. Save your money and stay somewhere nicer like a motel.

Very mediocre hotel. Room was maintained by the service people nicely, but quite run down. No wireless access the entire four day stay.
