Pros:

Čisto, skvělý výběr snídaně, absolutně úžasný personál a milý bazén

Cons:

Přes booking jsme objednali pokoj pro 4 - king bed & sleeping sofa. Bohužel sofa byl opravdu malý, booking aplikace by se měla ujistit, že ví, co nabízí. Ale vešli jsme se, jen to nebylo zcela pohodlné.

The pool was nice and not crowded.

Cons:

I was extremely disappointed with my stay at this Marriott property in Boca Raton. Upon arrival, the bed sheets had visible stains and appeared dirty. Rather than having housekeeping address the issue, I was left to change the sheets myself.

The floor I stayed on also had a strong, unpleasant odor throughout my stay, making the overall environment feel unclean and poorly maintained.

Although I declined housekeeping service, I requested clean towels during my stay. I was told that all towels were currently being washed and that they would be available later.Unfortunately, I never received any clean towels.

What made the experience even more frustrating was the lack of customer service. I reported these issues to management and received only a brief apology. I was told the matter would be escalated to upper management, but I never received any follow-up.

This hotel charges Marriott-level prices but delivered a motel-level experience. Cleanliness, basic guest requests, and customer service all fell far below expectations. I would not stay here again and cannot recommend this property based on my experience.

Dirty rooms!
Pros:

The location and price was perfect

Cons:

We switched rooms but our first room, the bathroom was dirty. There was still pee in the toilet. We told the front desk and they switched us, however we were 2 adults 1 child and they didn't have any double rooms available so we were moved to a single King room with sofa bed and it was too tight. Absolutely no space in that room. However, the bigger issue was the bathroom was dirty again! The floor was filthy like someone spilled something and it was never mopped. 2 rooms, 2 dirty bathrooms. The front desk didn't do anything for the inconvenience. Do NOT recommend.

No respetan las reservaciones
Pros:

Nada, no respetan las reservas, no me atendieron, llegué con niños de madrugada y me dijeron que mi reservación no estaba en su sistema, insistí, mostré mi número de confirmación, no recibí ningun servicio, no me ofrecieron alternativas, me dijeron no está y ya, después de llamar al teléfono en mi reserva que atendía la misma persona que no me atendía y de escribir email sin respuesta, salí y no hubo una disculpa nada, solo adiós.

Cons:

Ninguna atención al cliente, señora Julie en recepción fue muy grosera, seguimos a Miami, nuestro día en baca de ratón no fue posible :(

Pros:

Very safe location. We left all hours of the day and night and always felt safe. Clean property. The breakfast staff were all so sweet!

Cons:

My only complaint would be the towels need replacing.

Pros:

Didn't let us do the check in, don't expect Apple Pay and they made us go somewhere else worse experience of my life we just wanted to sleep with my family and friends and they didn't let us stay honestly don't recommend it to anyone they didn't treat us well and it was just horrible

Great place to be.
Pros:

Very clean room, very nice hotel, great location, nice pool, very nice staff.

Cons:

Was missing towels in the room, and when we ask we been told they have issue with cleaning towels and they dont have towels.
