Please forgive me; I am late sharing my review but I didn’t want to go without sharing a review at all. My son and I stayed here for the extended stay. We stayed from July—October and although it was a long time, our experience here was like no other. The front desk staff—Mrs. Shannon, Mrs. Zhanna, Mr. Ricardo, Mr. Robert, Mrs. Stephanie, Housekeeping Director—Mrs. Minnie, and the Maintenance Director—Mr. David, and their teams, all treated my son and I with so much love and care. We were greeted with smiles every single day and the smiles were genuine. The team set a new standard for what to expect with customer service. They were kind, friendly, and they always made us feel at peace staying in the hotel. The team even recommended family friendly places for me to take my son. The hotel was being renovated while we stayed there and the results are beautiful. The rooms are modern, elegant, and very comfortable. The housekeeping team was amazing, friendly, respectful, and hardworking. You can smell the cleanliness each morning from the hallways all the way down to the dining area. The kitchen and dining team had their space clean and well kept all throughout breakfast hours. The team created a friendly atmosphere to where you were coming down for breakfast and end up meeting a new friend—laughing and talking. I enjoyed the variety of food selections and the food tasted really good. The swimming pool was clean, well kept and calming. The location of the hotel has easy highway access; however, it is set to the back—leaving it to be a quiet and peaceful experience. There are many fast food restaurants, dine-in restaurants, and gas stations nearby. There is a walking/biking trail across the street from the hotel, for those who like to get their steps in outside. Overall, if you are in the Boca Raton area and searching for a hotel, SpringHill Suites is the place. I would highly recommend this hotel and the staff are phenomenal!

No hot water first day beds both had deep holes in them

The hotel was under construction and was nosie.

The room was fantastic. Lots of light, the beds were comfortable, and white clean sheets. The breakfast was ok. I have had better. Lots of choices, and we ate something different every morning. The staff was incredibly friendly. Always smiling.

We absolutely loved this hotel – everything was perfect! The grounds were beautiful and well-maintained, the staff were friendly and welcoming, and the room was lovely, spotlessly clean, with fresh, great-smelling bed linen. Everything we needed was provided in the room. And the breakfast – what a delicious, varied, and delightful experience! Special thanks to the chef – everything was incredibly tasty! I’ve never had such perfectly crisp and delicately fried bacon, not even in the finest restaurants!
