Decent place to stay. Staff was very friendly and there were plenty of activities to do to pass the time. Beds and linens were clean and comfortable. Down side was you could tell this was a room most likely set aside for those not memebers of the vacation club. Chairs had little rips in seating and shower in one bathroom would not work.
Great stop over. Very clean and friendly staff
We were given a smaller room than what I had reserved. The lack of cleanliness and wear and tear were very noticeable in the room this time. Water was leaking everywhere in the parking garage and it’s really tight parking in there.
Needs new mattress. They are shot.
Great place!
Our suite was spacious but very outdated and dingy. The master bedroom was hot and never really cooled down. Instead of replacing the old tile and grout flooring they just splashed some ultra high gloss sealant over it, which looks and feels gross. The hallways are dark and creepy, per my three-year-old. We did enjoy the pool at the Wyndham resort next door, since the Miners club was having theirs resurfaced. Overall the stay was fine, but I don't think we'll be back.

Very nice location, beautiful view ,able to see the mountain and the gondolas from my balcony, staff very friendly
Great location by the Frostwood gondola to Orange Bubble Express lift. Truly ski in and out. Three issues were: our adult children (all with the same last name) were not allowed to check in until we arrived. They started charging a ridiculous $280 to park a second car in the empty garage for the week. We also got WiFi access for only six devices despite having a 4 bedroom apartment for 10 people. Otherwise a great time was had by all
We booked a 4 bedroom apartment and it was a really good apartment for our group. It had all the facilities and plenty of room for our large group, 4 spacious bedrooms and 4 spacious bathrooms. Overall, it was an extremely comfortable apartment just like our home.
The front desk representative were very friendly and helpful.
Some areas where they can improve:
1. Kitchen utensils for cooking are very thin and they will burn the food. Teflon coating is wearing off. Recommend to include good quality kitchen utensils.
2. Our reservation was for a group of 9 and they gave wi-fi access to only 5. In this day and age, the internet is needed for all folks on the reservation.
The Miners Club is a hidden gem in Canyon Village. We stayed in a three bedroom three baths two levels unit. We love the location, right next to the Frostwood gondola that will take you to the Orange Lift seamlessly. Rooms are big, beds are comfy. Full size kitchen with fully stocked cooking gears. We enjoyed the hot tub and outdoor heated pool every day after skiing. The hotel staffs are very friendly and helpful.
Wonderful place. Stayed multiple times
Wonderful place to stay for our little getaway, the pool and the hot tub were perfectly heated and the fun center was a great added bonus for the day we spent inside because of the rain.
Our stay was amazing! Such a fun weekend with the kids! The view of the fall colors was beyond compare! Staff were kind and friendly and we would 100% stay again!
the stay was great, although one of the toilets wouldn't flush and the sinks drained very slow.
I booked the condo for Nov and the hotel just cancelled my room saying there were going to be in a renovation. I am bugged that they just cancelled me without finding another room or doing anything to accommodate me especially since I stay here a lot.
Ice bucket was dirty, room wasn't ready by 4:00 pm. We received a phone call at 5:16 pm that our room was finally ready. Bed was a little wobbly. Overall stay was good. Friendly staff, roomy, very clean.
The biggest complaint was that the underground parking garage had ONE handicap parking spot. The first time we tried to use it, it was overtaken by a group of people with bicycles and was not accessible to us. Then the other several times it was taken by someone else. A handicap spot is a necessity and not a luxury for us, and we would like to see the number of spots increased to a more reasonable amount.
Great stay, thank you for the hospitality!
Upon returning from the pool, needing to give our kids a bath all the water was running yellow. Maintenance came and the only solution offered was for us to run the water for up to 30 minutes. We were not able to switch rooms because the hotels.com room was managed by a 3rd party raintree so they were not able to accommodate anything. Also, wifi did not work. We were told the water would be fixed the remainder of our stay but the next morning same issue, which delayed our morning and they would not accommodate a late check out.
Nice rooms, friendly staff, great pool, close to nearby events.
