Great location near the airport and lovely staff
Pros:

Particularly liked the staff who were friendly and helpful. Everyone we came into contact with were lovely. The driver of the shuttle was great too.

What we needed for an overnight stopover.
Pros:

Check in was easy, and we arrived early and were given a room which was on the second floor. The bed was quite tough, a little uncomfortable and windows made a nose because the latch was broken. However the room served its purpose and there we onsite washing facilities for your clothes.

Cons:

The view, a wall and some sort of large air conditioning unit. However was only for a night.

Take Away the Room…
Pros:

The reason for the 2 is because of the room. The rest of our experience at the hotel was lovely.
The lobby is nice with a double sided fireplace on one side with some seating behind it, and an on site restaurant that serves breakfast and dinner. There is a small store that provides amenities like toothpaste, deodorant and such. You can even purchase beer. There are 2 small 1 person checkin desks located at the back of the lobby, off to the left of the entrance, right next to the hallway leading off to the rooms. We were greated by a friendly employee and had no trouble checking in. Though I didn’t like having to pay a $50 non refundable fee for “incidentals”. Especially when I had prepaid for our room. The room in question was on the first floor. The windows were so dirty you couldn’t see out of them. This wasn’t just a recent thing, it had been building up over a long period of time. The bed was very hard and sloped. Lying on the right side of the bed, I felt as if I was going to slide off onto the floor. To add to the unrestful sleep, the fire alarm went off around 2:00 something, then again about an hour later. In the morning we ate breakfast at the on site restaurant. I really enjoyed my buttermilk pancakes. We had several hours before our flight so we asked if we could hang out there. The very nice waiter showed us an ever better spot just around the corner from the small kitchen, place called The Lounge. It has 3 TV’s and some comfortable couch like seating with USB plugs. He said we were welcome to hang out there as long as we wanted and even gave us each a bottle of water. That part of the hotel was comfortable and enjoyable.
If you take away the room, the hotel was great. I would think other rooms are actually comfortable judging from the ratings.

Hôtel confortable et pratique.
Pros:

L'hôtel est bien située. Les chambres sont grandes et confortables. Il y a une navette gratuite pour l'aéroport.

Cons:

Si vous avez une chambre coté parking, il peut y avoir du bruit la nuit ou tôt le matin. Le restaurant de l'hôtel n'est pas bon, mieux vaut marcher quelques minutes pour manger en ville.
