The pool needs to be drained so they can repaint. The pool water is clean, but looks dirty to old paint.
Outdoor pool and 3 mini golf holes in front. Staff was super friendly and the front desk was accommodating.
Throughout the night, the air conditioning unit in the room kept turning on for ten seconds then immediately turning off ruining any hopes for sleep. The breakfast choices were limited although the eggs were good. Check-in staff were friendly.

The Southern hospitality of the manager and staff was outstanding upon arrival, at check-in, throughout the day, and even at checkout. Greatly appreciated. Fantastic all around.
I stayed two nights and both mornings, house keeping banged on the door prior to 9:00 am waking me up. Check out is not until 11 or 12.

It was currently having the lobby and front desk remodel so it was a bit out of sorts. Everyone was still very pleasant and helpful.

Always a pleasure
The breakfast are was not very clean and had ver limited options. The coffee was weak every morning and almost always out of cream. We were there 8 nights and our room was only cleaned once. It seemed to take the cleaning staff all day to clean rooms. We had to gather our own trash and get our own towels. We also had to switch rooms half way through our stay because the AC quit working; however it felt like it took a fight to get them to switch us to a new room when our thermostat showed it was 78 degrees in our room.
The property is in a great location if you are golfing at Pinehurst.
