How close it was to the stadium
The bathtub was gross…. Needs to be replaced
It was close to TT and was easy to visit with my granddaughter
The only real flaw was that no matter what was done - we couldn’t get the tv to work
The staff was very friendly. They greeted me when I walked through the door. They provided me with the key and room information and explained the evening reception and breakfast.
Room was dated, the couch was soiled, the TV didn't work. Water pressure in shower was terrible, paint pealing from the bathroom ceiling, the shower head needed to be cleaned or replaced to prevent water from spraying out of the tub enclosure. There was no bath mat for the tub which was extremely slippery.
Amenities
Cleanliness. Please change your mop stick. The lifts were smelling bad and floor swiping. Waffle flour was sour. Was indeed an expired one.
Confortable
Breakfast hours to short .
Proximity to university
Noisy street
It was quiet and peaceful
No restaurant you could order throughout the day
The pool area was pretty dirty, which makes sense for an outdoor pool BUT cigarette butts and bird feathers sitting in pooled water on the pool deck is gross. They claimed to have already cleaned that point so it remained as it was throughout the day.
Clean, comfy, friendly staff. Good bk
Water pressure was really low throughout, sinks & shower were literally trickling.
Loxation
TV was messed up, someone had to come fix it.
Close to venue
Patio area was not like other Staybridges
Convenience
Breakfast and room was not as nice as the pictures.
Great location, across from the university. Able to walk to the game and sites. Great value and friendly staff.
It was close to the university
It was exactly what I needed for my trip.
The property is conveniently located to Texas Tech, and the person checking us in was very friendly and helpful.
When I walked in the room, the AC was not running so the room was stuffy. The front cover of the AC unit was leaned against the sofa. The AC did work. After walking further in the room, you could hear the toilet running, and one of the drawers in the night stand wouldn't stayed closed. All minor things but they don't give off the best first impression of walking in the room.
