Pros:

I only liked the location.

Cons:

Did not like breakfast as the food was not fresh. Also, when the waffle batter ran out at 9:15 I was told breakfast was about to close and did not get any new batter. The coffee also ran out and the staff working the breakfast was too busy watching her phone.

Upon Check-in the young man that helped us was friendly.

Cons:

But upon arriving to the room, it was rundown and did not have a clean appearance. This hotel does not have double beds so we had to utilize the pullout couch as we were a party of 4. There were stains and crumbs all on the sofa and sofa bedding itself! We asked for new bedding and changed it all out ourselves. We were offered another room, but truthfully our confidence in it being clean properly were slim so we denied and made the best out of the situation. When we spoke to management the following morning, she seemed unbothered by our concerns.

For the price sure, but could be held to a higher standard.

Bed very comfortable

Cons:

AC was off in the room. When we walked in the room was extremely hot and very uncomfortable especially being outdoors all day and wanting to come to your room that's cool but was not! We left for a few hours and lowered the AC. When we came back the ac was off again and was hot AGAIN!!!! The showers were meh with a moldy shower mat. Water was decent only. Fell asleep in the room and did not reach desired temperature and had to sleep with no blanket.

I would have to say adequate. It served it's purpose for my trip.
Pros:

The staff was very friendly. They greeted me when I walked through the door. They provided me with the key and room information and explained the evening reception and breakfast.

Cons:

Room was dated, the couch was soiled, the TV didn't work. Water pressure in shower was terrible, paint pealing from the bathroom ceiling, the shower head needed to be cleaned or replaced to prevent water from spraying out of the tub enclosure. There was no bath mat for the tub which was extremely slippery.
