Funcionários muito atenciosos. Ar condicionado muito bom. Quartos grandes

Cons:

Eu estava ciente que o hotel era pet friendly, mas é muito desagradável escutar cachorro latindo no quarto e nos corredores do hotel. Imagino que os tutores destes animais recebem alguma informação sobre regras de boa convivência, mas o hotel não consegue fiscalizar isso e infelizmente tem muito tutor que não acha inconveniente o cachorro dele ficar latindo em um ambiente que não é só dele. A experiência no hotel só não foi melhor por conta disso. De resto, não tenho o que reclamar

Este Hotel e muito bom, confortavel, com boa seguranca, equipe prestativa e atenciosa.
Pros:

Sou cliente deste hotel a varios anos. Gosto muito da localizacao e da qualidade dos apartamentos. O atendimento da equipe e muito bom e sao muito solicitos. O cafe da manha, mudou de local e melhorou bastante a qualidade. Sempre peco para ridcar nos apartamentos mais altos, para maior conforto e silencio.

Cons:

No geral esta tudo muito bom. Talvez a informacao sobre o desejo de limpeza dos apartamentos, precise se mais ajustado com a portaria e a governanca do hotel.
