Please note that the property does not accept pets other than dogs. Only one dog per room is accepted and must have up to 10 kg. They can only be accommodated in the sea view rooms and are subject to an extra cost. Dogs are not allowed in the public areas (restaurants, bars, swimming pool). Pets are not allowed in other rooms.

Fraco para 5 estrelas

Fui com expectativa por ser um hotel 5 estrelas. Não é.

Cons:

Éramos 2 casais, as reservas dos quartos foram efetuadas no mesmo mesmo dia, mesma hora pelo mesmo utilizador. Foi nos atribuído 1 quarto em pisos diferentes, nao faz sentido! E se fossem filhos?
O nosso quarto (reserva para 2 pessoas) não estava preparado para nos receber: em final de Dezembro (muito frio), o quarto não tinha 1 manta, faltava a toalha de rosto, haviam formigas no quarto! Como estivemos 3 noites, as senhoras quando fizeram a "limpeza", nao reforçaram o papel higiénico, todos estes itens tiveram de ser pedidos na recepção. Os nossos quartos estavam localizados em.local bem longe? Com escadas caracol, acessos difíceis de se fazer com malas de viagem.
Num hotel de 5 estrelas não é espectável!

No pequeno almoço apressaram-nos para terminarmos a refeição porque queriam fechar a zona de refeições ainda durante o horário para pequeno almoco, para alem do tempo de espera para conseguir 1 mesa vaga para o pequeno almoço, deveriam ter tido em conta o tempo se espera em filas de modo que os clientes pudessem.usufruir o pequeno almoço tranquilamente no inicio do novo ano.
