Please note that the property does not accept pets other than dogs. Only one dog per room is accepted and must have up to 10 kg. They can only be accommodated in the sea view rooms and are subject to an extra cost. Dogs are not allowed in the public areas (restaurants, bars, swimming pool). Pets are not allowed in other rooms.

Pequeno almoço muito bom! Serviço de almoço também muito bom! Funcionários muito simpáticos! Limpeza excelente! Localização excelente!

Cons:

Falta de organização ao jantar, muito desorientados e descoordenados! Mas a simpatia dos funcionários colmatava essa lacuna!

Posizione, balcone, vista

Cons:

Camera con arredamento datato e poco pratico. Il terzo letto è stato ricavato appoggiando un materasso sul divano che quindi scivolava giù. Non abbiamo trovato il frigo bar. Nessuna presa per ricarica telefono se non staccandosi da lampada lontano dal letto.

La ubicación fantástica y tener sombrillas del hotel en la playa gratuitas

Cons:

Una de las camareras , subió a nuestra habitación por la noche a reclamar el pago de las bebidas de la cena en media pensión porque no vino a cobrarnos en la cena. Cuando subió le dije que no sabíamos que había que pagar a los camareros y que ya tenían nuestros números de habitación y que nos lo podían haber pasado. Dijo que o se pagaba o para poderlo pasar a la cuenta de nuestra habitación había que firmar un papel, que tampoco nos dio en la cena
Cuando nos fuimos, al entregar las tarjetas, nos pasaron la bebida del primer día de la cena, que tampoco nos habían cobrado, y ahí si lo pasaron, aunque no firmamos ningún papel
Nuestra queja no es que no te cobren, sino las malas formas con que subió la camarera a la habitación, dando golpes fuertes en la puerta, a horas que ya íbamos a descansar, cuando podían haberlo pasado perfectamente al cobrar al hacer el check out, como hicieron con las bebidas de la cena
En concreto la camarera se llamaba Paloma Marques
No fue un buen detalle, y menos en un Hotel de 4 Estrellas

Très bel emplacement avec vue imprenable sur la mer
Pros:

L emplacement face à la mer et proche des principaux centres d intérêts de Portimao
La taille des chambres (surtout la vue sur mer).

Cons:

L hotel est vieillot. L ameublement, l equipement et la décoration des chambres méritent vraiment un refurbish
Le petit déjeuner est certes varié mais digne d1 vrai 5 etoiles
