Sana Reno hotel rekommenderas att bo på.
Pros:

Frukosten var bra, mycket att välja på. Närheten till tunnelbanan jättebra.Rummen var välstädade, trevlig personal.

Cons:

Fanns inget att klaga på.
Bra att veta att poolen var väldigt liten.

Highly recommended!
Pros:

Hotel staff very friendly & welcoming. Very good for 3*. Lovely to get out of busy city centre at end of day. Metro stop right outside door made for easy navigation around city & beyond! Lots of good restaurants & lovely outside cafe bar a very short walk away.

Una auténtica decepción. La experiencia en Ona Romano ha estado muy por debajo de lo que esperábamos.

Hay colas interminables para desayunar y conseguir una hamaca en la piscina se convierte prácticamente en una misión imposible, ya que hay muy pocas para la cantidad de huéspedes. Además, dos de las tres piscinas cierran a las 19:00, algo difícil de entender en plena temporada de verano.

La sensación general es que se trata de un complejo originalmente concebido como apartamentos particulares que posteriormente se ha intentado adaptar al funcionamiento de un apartahotel, pero sin contar con los servicios, espacios y capacidad necesarios para atender adecuadamente al volumen de clientes que recibe.

La comida también nos ha parecido de muy baja calidad y, en general, el servicio deja bastante que desear.

El precio puede resultar atractivo y las instalaciones pueden parecer una buena opción al hacer la reserva, pero nuestra experiencia ha sido muy distinta. Personalmente, no lo recomendaría. Las vacaciones son para disfrutarlas y, aunque pueda parecer económico, no compensa ahorrar algo de dinero si finalmente acabas perdiendo calidad, comodidad y tiempo durante tus días de descanso.

Pros:

We arrived and got a very small room. The reception helped us so we could change to a bugger room the next day, which was good. The bed was comfortable.
Good service at pool as food and drinks were delivered.

Cons:

The breakfast was a bit limited. The tap in the bathroom was constantly leaking. The pool area could have been much nicer with a few plants in the area, and perhaps painted the walls around it.

Pros:

Pokoj byl prostorný, postel velká a pohodlná. Koupelna taky prostorná, bylo tam vše co je potřeba (i fen na vlasy). Každý den nám měnili čisté ručníky a ustlali krásně postel.
Snídaně měla vše co jsme potřebovali, myslím si, že výběrem na ty 4 dny je to ideální.
Personál byl příjemný a nápomocný.
Hotel je v příjemné části Lisabonu, asi 5 minut chůze je nákupní centrum, kde nakoupíte vše co je potřeba. Kousek od hotelu je také spousty skvělých restaurací a obchodu s potravinami.
Celkově hodnotíme velmi kladně a hotel doporučujeme. Určitě to nebyla naše poslední návštěva.
