Worst Motel 6 so far
Pros:

Very well-lit property.

Cons:

The room was disgusting. Big patches of paint and sheetrock were off the walls, filthy, toilet did not flush correctly, sink did not drain, shower had paint on tiles and ceiling falling down, floors never scrubbed, and bathroom door had unrepaired damage. Disgraceful way to treat your disabled guests.

I slept in my clothes for fear I might catch something from the sheets.
