That it was close to the groves

We chose this property due to proximity to the place of business and because of affordability at the time of booking. The place is quite outdated and worn out, just the same served the purpose of stay. The bed and duvet is comfortable. The breakkfast was included and fresh waffle (DIY) is a nice addition to the menu. The property has parking for guests, a grab n go (drinks, few essentials, snacks) at the reception. It would have been nice if the quantity of the amenity (shampoo and conditioner) matched the room guests. One 22ml for each (shampoo and coditioner) for two guests surely was insufficient. I opted not to ask since we were staying for two nights only. It's not a deal breaker but nice touch to anticipate guests' needs. The airconditioning is really good. Though the room was clean there was a strange smell that I could not describe but got rid off with a spray of perfume. We stayed at 112 and could hear the floor above us creaking whenever there's movement in the room. The disposable cups in the breakfast room and guest room had a strange/peculiar smell that affects the taste of the beverage (coffee or tea).

first time staying at sure stay hotel and the customer service is amazing, specifically Jonna and Bridgette who both provided me with great accommodations. if you’re looking for a place to stay in west LA I couldn’t recommend this place enough! Affordable, Great Location, and A1 customer service!

My friend and I stayed for 2 nights and it was wonderful! It was pretty close to everything. The location was superb and i would recommend it to those who would like to get around Beverly Hills. There’s an Erewhon just across, and The Grove and Farmer’s Market.

Upon Check in ~ Christy from the Front desk was very kind and we got a clean and spacious room. Everything else was convenient as well!

Good value for the quality of room and service!

Upon Check out ~ Bridgette Joy was also very kind and let us store our luggage while we had brunch.

I had a wonderful experience staying at SureStay Hotel Beverly Hills. The staff were incredibly accommodating and made sure everything went smoothly from check-in to check-out. A special thank you to Ms. Bridget Joy and Ms. Christy, who were exceptionally warm, friendly, and helpful throughout our stay—they truly made us feel welcome.

The room was clean, well-maintained, and comfortable, exactly what I was looking for after a long day out. Housekeeping clearly does a great job keeping everything in order.

One of the best things about this hotel is its location. It’s perfect if you don’t have a car, with easy access to The Grove, Farmers Market, Erewhon, restaurants, and public transportation. Getting around was very convenient.

Overall, I highly recommend this hotel and would definitely stay here again.
