It was okay, nothing great. Breakfast needs improvement.
Pros:

Close to many restaurants and stores

Cons:

The ice storm made the lights go out for almost 5 hours. Hotel didn’t really make sure everyone was okay with the outage.

Fantastic staff and wonderful hotel!
Pros:

The property was super clean and really nice. I cannot remember a better hotel staff anywhere. They were all super helpful and super friendly.
They even have vegan options on the Breakfast bar. I will stay here again for sure.

Cons:

There is nothing to not like. It was a superb stay all the way at around.

Clean room, not a great location.
Pros:

The room was clean, free breakfast was great!

Cons:

We had high expections as we had recently stayed in the Hilton Garden suites in Columbia SC. Pull out couch bed was very thin and uncomfortable. When we pulled the bed out there was a bunch of garbage under the couch (water bottles and wrappers) besides that the room seemed very clean. We stayed on the 4th floor. We dropped our bags off in our room and went back down to get dinner at a near by resturant and the entire first floor smelled like Marijuana and I had to walk my kids through it. The location was in a sketchy neighborhood. Our bed comforter was very worn. Front desk attendant was not as welcoming and nice as you would think for a hilton.

Did not like it.
Pros:

Only the view from the window- trees.

Cons:

Breakfast too basic, few variety of fruits, no options of bread( gluten free; whole wheat).
Far from the city. No wi-fi due to thunderstorms but with no information when would be restored. The sheets were smelly.
