We used this as a base for a short stay. Convenient to have dining available and we walked to our show! Views over the water were amazing and staff were helpful!
Loved our stay at Pier One for the night before & wedding night. Great rooms to get ready as a bridal party in, accommodating staff helped us with a bar stool for makeup as well as extra chair for hair.
I had dinner at the bar on the Friday night when there by myself which was also delicious and peaceful.
The gorgeous staff also left beautiful little surprises for us on both evening to celebrate this special life milestone.
Also the walk back around the Harbour from our reception venue by the waterfront - just priceless! Just access if rainy can be a little tricky as there's only a narrow undercover pickup area, but the porters are super helpful with umbrellas. Highly recommend.
I stayed here 4 nights with my family. From the warm welcome at checkin to the end of our stay, it was a great experience. The location was perfect for tourism. We were able to walk to Darling Harbour, Circular Quay, The Rocks, and the Sydney Opera House. The hotel service was excellent. They even provided us with umbrellas when it was raining. The room was spacious for a family of 4 and included a Nespresso which we used on mornings we were running late. Would definitely stay here again.
The views from the outside lounges was lovely at sunset. The blankets were cosy and fluffy perfect for Winter. The breakfast is OUTSTANDING - definitely worth the price of the room just for the breakfast. The bed was spacious and comfortable.
