Менеджер на ресепшен хорошо говорит на английском языке. Персонал очень любезный, улыбчивый. Номера очень чистые, довольно просторные. Есть все необходимые мелочи (щетки, пасты, мыло, шапочки и тд). Полотенца чистые. Постельное белье чистое. Матрас, одеяло и подушки очень удобные. Спать комфортно. Приветственное блюдо с фруктами и напитками. В шкафу есть дополнительное одеяло. Халаты теплые в кофре. Завтраки очень приятные. Рядом река. Прогулочная набережная. Мы были в середине января, было довольно тихо и спокойно.

Pros:

За такую стоимость не вижу смысла бронировать этот отель , номера уставшие очень. Плюс берут достаточно большой депозит , чуть больше стоимости номера за сутки и очень долго его возвращают!
Депозит не понятно за что , в номере нет мини бара , старый номер , мебель и всё остальное.

Pros:

Hotel Review

The room was extremely outdated, and the bathroom only had a curtain for privacy. The shower leaked water all over the floor. The bed was very hard and uncomfortable—aside from the river view, everything felt old and worn out. The toilet looked like it had been used for decades, and the hair dryer couldn’t even be used in the bathroom due to low voltage—I had to use it by the desk inside the room. It’s simply not worth the price, especially at over $300 AUD per night.

Experiência fabulosa e congelante!!!
Pros:

Hotel com boas instalações e funcionários muito bem dispostos para auxiliar em todo momento. Ao pedir late checkout fui prontamente atendido o que facilitou para aproveitar o último dia em Harbin. Recomendo fortemente. Existe uma linha de metrô ao lado do hotel que facilita a ida para todos os pontos turísticos sem precisar usar táxi ou Didi.

Pros:

I had a room facing the river. Superb view .
The buffet breakfast on level one was good with wide selections .

Cons:

Towels were not changed although I had put them into the bath tub. Room maid just folded them again ! But so hygienic!!!
