Pros:

Das Personal an der Rezeption war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.
Das Zimmer war groß, sauber und gut eingerichtet. Das WIFI hat gut funktioniert.

Cons:

Das Frühstück ist für so ein bekanntes Haus nichts besonderes, zudem hat dauernd etwas gefehlt (mal die Spiegeleier, mal der Käse, mal die Truthahnwurst). Das Personal beim Frühstück war vor allem Dienstag und Mittwoch teilweise sehr beansprucht.
Dass das Schwimmbad extra kostet, war eine echte Enttäuschung.
Das Hotel wirkt schon abgewohnt (siehe Bild).

Pros:

I loved my room and the breakfast. The staff in Graze were fabulous. Although I enjoyed the pool and steam room I feel that they need updating desperately. I was disappointed there were no changing rooms and had to use a toilet instead.

Cons:

The Hilton is a lovely hotel and a great location.

Die Lage ist gut, gleich bei der Burg.
Bett komfortabel.
Das angeschlossene Restaurant ist ganz gut.
Das Personal war freundlichen bemüht.

Cons:

Leider roch unser 1.Zimmer nach Rauch.
Im2. Zimmer funktionierte das Telefon ( Rezeption konnte nicht erreicht werden ) der Fön nicht.
Die AC ist sehr laut und kühlt nicht wirklich gut, auch nach Beanstandung nicht.
Ich weiß nicht, ob es in Cardiff bessere Hotels gibt. Es ist ok, aber nicht wirklich gut

Custiemr service was excpetional
Pros:

Customer servuce was exceptional. Every member of staff made us feel special with two speical mentions, Victoria (Front desk) and Camalita (Exec. Lounge). They went above and beyond. More than exceeded our expectations. Thank you.

Lovely hotel, great location
Pros:

Great location, comfy bed, nice room.

Cons:

We had problems with checking in. Checked in fine at reception, but cleaner in room when we arrived, then had phone call asking if we'd checked in.

Pros:

Room lovely, good breakfast, swimming pool really nice. They gave us free vouchers for drinks and snacks which was an unexpected treat!

Cons:

Pool and changing rooms could do with a bit of a deep-clean/repair. Some room rates didn't seem to include free access to the swimming pool. Luckily ours did but I don't recall any mention of this when I booked so some might be disappointed.
