The first room, the window was in front of a wall? It was also frosted so you couldn’t look out . Felt like being in a box.

Second room. After half hour the ac although set to 18 came out boiling! Had a fan put in the room but it was creaking and kept us awake! The bed was uncomfortable and the shower was awful!

Was meant to have had a genius upgrade so god forbid what the room would have been. Although I very much doubt this was the case.

The staff were exceptional, nothing was too much trouble. We felt welcome and comfortable.

Cons:

The shower in our room wasn't very good going from warm to scolding hot for no reason. Our room had lots of noise from the road and people passing by, especially from 0200hrs till 0400hrs!!.
The pillows in our room were too soft and left me with a sore neck. Our window had a broken latch on it. When we arrived, the window was left open, which meant our room was freezing. Our stay was in the beginning of February!.
The Internet said that the hotel had some parking, but on arrival, we were told that it didn't, which meant an extra cost of £60 parking after the hotels discount code.
Also, there were a lot of leaks all over the hotel.
