A fantastic holiday .
Pros:

It was a lovely hotel in a great location. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast had a good choice of food.
We had a marvellous time and would certainly recommend it.

Cons:

Sadly, one lift was out of order for a few days. This led to a longer wait for a lift.

Pros:

Every thing, paid for an executive suite and got free access to the lounge where you had free drinks fir 2 hours with canopies, free breakfast, the room was massive 100% worth the updrade

Pros:

Schönes sauberes Zimmer nahe des Stadtzentrums, Parkhaus gleich um die Ecke. Das Personal sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, das Preis/Leistungsverhältnis war gut. Ich hätte gern noch etwas mehr Zeit hier verbracht um den Pool auszuprobieren ;-)

Mooi, goed gelegen, schoon hotel. Zeer matige interne bereikbaarheid.
Pros:

De locatie is echt heerlijk centraal. Goed bereikbaar en er is een mooie omgeving. De kamers zijn ruim, comfortabel en netjes ingericht.

Cons:

De liften. Deze zijn TRAAG een van de twee heeft geen werkende knop voor het sluiten van de deuren. Dat vertraagt het proces nog meer. Vooral tijdens eet momenten of in check of uit check momenten OF als het hotel evenementen heeft. Dan kun je zomaar iedere verdieping stoppen. In de slechte lift ben je daar zo 1 minuten per verdieping per keer aan kwijt.

Open de trappen voor normaal gebruik. Dat heeft de voorkeur boven de irritatie van telkens de liften te gebruiken! Geef me die optie.

The bar and restaurant had very bad lighting. I was generally soulless. Not a nice place to sit up a drink or have something to eat.

Nice but expensive for what you get
Pros:

Room and bed were great, comfortable and the bathroom was a nice size.
Spa and gym were nice to have the use of.

Cons:

Small niggle but the rooms TV showed an option to screen share so we could watch our Netflix series at night.
But on day two we were told the room TV's don't screenshare.
So remove that option instead of creating frustration and then disappointment

Great location , don't feel it was good value for the money !

Warm, clean and welcoming with useful enemities and wonderful hospitality.
Pros:

Easy to navigate, and staff extremely welcoming and knowledgeable of the processes and information when asked.

Cons:

The check in was later than anticipated and all in didn’t seem to reflect the price paid for room for 20 hours all in.
