Lovely hotel, well located for Royal Albert Hall. Would visit again.
Pros:

Lovely, characterful building. Nice room. Everything we needed.

Cons:

Breakfast was a bit of a disappointment. The continental was very nice, but the cooked breakfast disappointing. Tasted like it had been out on the hot plates for a while. Asked for beans and when they arrived only lukewarm.

Tiny room. Had to squeeze past the bed to reach the bathroom. Below stairs. Disappointing and deflating when walking in.

Pros:

Muy lindo hotel, el cuarto era muy amplio, la zona lindisima y el personal muy atento y amable. Nos dieron la habitación antes de tiempo y pusieron una cuna para nuestro bebé

great location for West London, Royal Albert Hall etc. Very comfy and clean.
Pros:

I liked that we could store our luggage with the hotel until we were ready to check in, and also leave to go to the airport. An added bonus and not all placed you can do that. The location was perfect for our gig in the Royal Albert Hall, 10 mins walk away. Also great bus service close by to South Kensington, Chelsea and Battersea which we used each day to get around. A very short walk to the underground stop also.Our room was spacious for a family of four and really clean and comfy beds. Our room was hot so I would advice a fan in the room for the summer months. The staff were lovely and very helpful. Really happy with our stay here and would recommend.

Cons:

the room could do with a portable fan for the heat. Thats all.

It was nice for the one night we were there.
Pros:

The location was convenient to the underground and in a beautiful neighborhood. The common areas were very elegant.

Cons:

The room was very small and the shower was the smallest I’ve ever seen. The bed coverlet was also too small for the queen bed.

Value for money. Will stay again.
Pros:

Short walk to the Albert Hall for a concert which is why we chose to stay here.

Cons:

Windows too high so could not see anything outside. This also made the room look quite dark. Lift is also very small, we just fit in it and that was without any luggage.

Pros:

The room was mall but was clean and we were only there for one night.

Cons:

Our room was fine but unfortunately there was a 'humming' noise all night so didn't get the best nights sleep (Room 523 I think)
When we returned from the RAH went to the bar, ordered 2 cocktails which took about 20 mins to make, it wasn't busy!

Pros:

Location was perfect close to subway and National History museum. Right next to a beautiful small park with playground for the little ones. Nice spacious and clean rooms.

Small lift and entrance with stairs but it was not so bad
