Pros:

Very friendly and helpful staff. Very good location close to museums and Royal Albert Hall. So quiet at night, even though we had the window open. Very comfy bed and pillows.

I'd stay again but not in that room
Pros:

The location and the actual building was fab, as were all the staff

Cons:

The design of the room (a superior double apartently) and especially the almost unusable shower, which was very, very compact but almost unusable because the location of the soap tray, which made turning around a nightmare, but as a man was easier than for a woman, as it was at chest height. It should be located on the same wall as the shower rail. Simple.
The main room was more suited to a single bed but with the (very comfortable) double in, navigating around it wasn't easy, especially because the oversized desk and chair????? weren't required or suited for this room as this made the plugs near the bed unusable.
Only one big bath towel provided (although two guests), no water bottles for the kettle and no comp biscuits in our room (I asked other guests and they all had).
Shame as the building is beautiful

Pros:

Great property, clean and friendly, triple room as per advertised.

Didn’t have breakfast - wished we had.

5 mins walk to Gloucester Road station.

Lots of sights around and good places to eat.

Very good location to The Royal Albert Hall.

Lovely hotel. Clean and great location.
Pros:

The location was excellent. 3 stops on the tube to Victoria for the Gatwick express.
Right around the corner from loads of museums including the natural history museum. Lovely restaurants in South Kensington. Kensington garden also around the corner to relax in.
Very nice staff. We had the quad room and it was perfect.
Our beds were made every day and fresh towels.
Breakfast was great too.

Price was very good for London
Very nice staff.
Happy for us to leave our bag after check out.

Cons:

It's a little tired and could do with a refresh.
Bed and pillows did not suit me but wife was ok.

Went to check breakfast and very little left and it looked uninspired but there are plenty of nice places close to eat.
