My new favorite London hotel
Pros:

The staff were friendly and efficient, the lounge was a comfortable place to sit and enjoy a drink and a snack. Location was convenient for the Tube and walking. I liked the view of the gardens from my room.

Cons:

The bed was harder than I like, but still acceptable. But I could have used softer and fluffier pillows.

La chambre était petite, mais correcte, tranquille et confortable. Le petit déj était excellent mais un peu cher. Le personnel était adorable.

Would 100% stay here again on my next visit to London

The hotel is beautiful. After living out of a suitcase for a month traveling, it was so good to find a hotel room that was so big and not cramped.

Contact très facile pour toute question via booking

Cons:

Qualité/prix très nul.
Le petit déjeuner était super basique et fade pour le prix.
La décoration ancienne est juste dans le hall d'entrée,escalier, bar .
Les chambres sont très basiques avec trop peu de rangement.
Le personnel est peu sympathique et pas très professionnel.
Hôtel très bruyant (voitures, sirènes ,avions...) simple vitrage et donc très mal isolé.
