Nice hotel in good location. Clean rooms and friendly staff.
Pros:

Traditional, clean hotel. Located close to Royal Albert Hall

Cons:

Room was very small and only had a high level window that you could not see out of.

Uncomfortable
Pros:

the bar and the reception area are pretty cute. The price was alright. Luggage storage is appreciated.

Cons:

The room size is ridiculous. London is expensive, but not tiny, and I've not seen such tiny rooms even in Venice. So no, that's not acceptable.
The staff was trying to be helpful, but unfortunately they could not help with anything as it appears the hotel policy is to say no to the guests for any request. No chair, sorry. No ventilator, sorry. No opening the window wider than the few centimetres it goes, sorry. I should add that it was above 30 Celsius when I stayed.
There is no space to unpack your belongings, yet they have neither luggage racks nor a chair you could borrow so you have to have your luggage with all the stuff on the floor.
Very uncomfortable shower.
Tiny bed.
Not only no air conditioner, but also NO VENTILATOR. It is literally the first hotel in my long long travel history that did not have a ventilator. Why?

The hotel is in a good convenient location but challenging room setup as a 4 star hotel
Pros:

The hotel is all about location. It is a 3-5 mins walk to Gloucester Road Station with Piccadilly, Circle and District Line, which is convenient to travel from and to Heathrow Airport, and good connection to most London areas. Also by walking it is just 10 mins walk to the Natural and Science Museum, and not far away to Hyde Park. As there is no air-con in the room, luckily the hotel provides a fan.

Cons:

No air-con, no refrigerator in my room, and the safe is at least 190 cm above the floor, I am 178cm and have to stand on the wardrobe edge to use it. The bath room is challenging. There is no place to place your shampoo or body wash except on the floor. Imagine how are you going to body wash yourself with 1 hand holding the body wash bottle, and the other hand scrubbing your body. Not forgetting the laundry service - Sunday no service, and on normal day if you want same day service you have to check multiple times with the Guest Service if it returns. 4 star rating for the hotel is questionable

Bra
Pros:

Rent och fint.

Cons:

Singelrummet har alldeles för litet badrum. Toalett och handfat så nära att benen inte fick plats. Duschkabinen är så liten att man måste vara barn för att få plats.

Ideal location for exploring the museums, parks, Knightsbridge, and South Kensington.
Pros:

The location is excellent. A short walk from Gloucester Road tube station and perfect for The Royal Albert Hall, The Natural History Museum, The Science Museum, The V&A, and the Royal Parks.

Cons:

The hotel is getting a little dated, and the rooms are on the smaller side. Not a problem if you are planning just to use it as a base for exploring London.

Met needs though no thrills but ideal location
Pros:

Great location for Royal Albert Hall concert as hoped for.

Cons:

Felt dated and why don’t hotels offer nespresso coffee machines? Does anyone still use Nescafé sachets
