The Brazilian Court Hotel

Just had another fantastic experience at the Brazilian Court. This property is a hidden gem in the heart of Palm Beach just steps from the ocean and Worth Avenue. I was greeted by the guys out front, many of who have been there for quite some time. They are always so cool and cannot do enough for you. At check in, much of the same graciousness and warmth. They gave me an outstanding upgrade to the Hayworth suite as it was perfect because I worked in the room quite a bit and the suite's location could not have been better for the privacy needed to work all day. They also sent a charcuterie board to the room. Nice touch!! Edwin in reservations made this happen as he is the consumate professional and always makes my stays perfect! I have been working with Edwin for a while and he just makes things so easy for me when I am in town. I thank you and want you to know I really appreciate you. The housekeeping team was tops as they keep the room in perfect order and always are so pleasant to speak with when I am there working. All of these attributes make this property special because the team they have assembled could not be any more professional! You have my loyalty and see you in October!!

I WOULD NOT recommend Brazilian Court Hotel. We were a group of six women there last week. We ALL had horrible experiences, from wet carpets, no hot water, AC not working, paint smell in the room and moldy, damp smelling rooms. The rooms are a nice size, but that does not make up for all these issues. The rooms are outdated and probably need to be knocked down and rebuilt to really solve all these issues. It is not an easy hotel to navigate as the rooms are all over the place and the flow makes no sense. I had to unlock doors on the outside to get to my room and did not feel safe. It was in an alcove outside. The rooms are dark and very little sunlight. The bed was extremely hard and uncomfortable. The whole hotel itself needs a renovation. We had to look at many rooms till we picked the best of the worst rooms to relocate to. The management just keeps saying I am sorry we didn’t meet your expectations. I have left five messages and an email for the general manager who is completely ghosting me. I also left a message for the owner and he has not called back. I have never left a review good or bad on any sight but this is unacceptable and unprofessional that management and ownership are not at all concerned with what I have to say. This is probably why there are so many issuers at this hotel..they just don’t care. It’s a shame as it is in a great location. This is why they think they can treat their customers like this. None of us would ever return to this property again!!!!

Located in the middle of Palm Beach, this boutique hotel had amazing service, clean rooms and a great concierge service with complimentary shuttle access throughout the island.

The Brazilian Court has been our #1 Hotel of choice in Palm Beach for over a decade. The charm, and welcoming environment that the staff provides is exceptional. Its location is as good as it gets in Palm Beach. You can walk everywhere. The restaurant never disappoints. Truly a highlight of our favorite destinations!

Interesting hotel with a bit of charm.
However: false advertising all around.
Construction everywhere which is to be expected as it is extremely dated, dark, dank.
Our room had some angular charm and great photos but smelled musty and like power tools.
Sander and construction going on all day., suspect if you tested air quality in roomsit would be awful.

Highlight was the lobby area, restaurant and bar.

The worst experience was after checking out and going to our next spot in Palm Beach for the weekend I realized I left a Ferragamo scarf my husband have given me as a gift after we got married. I called 5 hours later and have left multiple messages and have not received a call back even after leaving message with housekeeping manager. Going to uber back there today and see what they have to say in person but I am not hopeful.

Don't take or leave anything of value here.
Plenty of nicer, safer, quieter and better smelling options to enjoy in Palm Beach. I will never go back and would advise avoiding at all cost.

The staff at BC was welcoming and helpful from the minute I arrived. Every person I encountered was friendly, energetic and willing to offer suggestions, directions and anything else I needed. (All this with a smile!) My room was beautiful- I love the combination of the dark wood, rich color ( emerald green velvet headboard), soft lighting, intriguing artwork ( Dean Martin b&w photography) and intimate detail with accessories. I drove from the west coast of Florida ( Longboat Key) and it was an easy, pleasant drive. Upon arrival I immediately walked to Worth Avenue to shop and dine nearby. In the mornings I walked to both beach for sunrise and intercostal to see the boats and activity. The room was spotless and the morning clean/turn down service was appreciated. My favorite was the spa-like shower with strong water jets and Gilchrist & Soames delightfully- scented products. The courtyard, pool, retail shop, salon and restaurant were each a unique experience. I never wanted to leave Brazilian Court, it felt like home- and a place where I could relax and rejuvenate. I will absolutely recommend to many and return again.

One of the best experiences overall, atmosphere, food, location, staff and drinks were are the best! You cannot beat the staff and their attention to detail to make your stay amazing.

I just returned from a week at the Brazilian Court. This is a fantastic boutique hotel located in Palm Beach, Florida. I have been staying at the hotel for many years and it never disappoints. I have always worked with Edwin when booking my stays and he is the consummate professional. He really makes sure that I have the room I like and is very flexible when adjustments need to be made. Thank you, Edwin. The front desk is always so nice to work with during my stay and are really on top of their game. The guys out front are fantastic! They are always looking to assist with the door, luggage, and retrieving the rental car. Such a great group of guys! Housekeeping keeps the room impeccable and keeps everything in great order! They just upgraded the hotel restaurant and bar as well. They did a wonderful job and really made some nice improvements here. Well done! The location is perfect and very close to all the restaurants and shops. The next time you are in Palm Beach you should look no further as the Brazilian Court is a must stay!!

We had an excellent stay. The staff is friendly, the rooms are impeccable, the food and drinks are amazing. We used their transportation service all over the island and their new boat tour is perfection.

Incredible service from valet through check-in, all the services the valets / bell undertake -- from carting to beach, beach set-up, and fielding requests happily and effectively -- to the poolside, and restaurant staff, through check-out. Truly the best stay, in terms of memorable, in a long while -- and that covers, Breakers, Ritz, various JW Marriott, and assortments of high-end boutiques across the US and into Europe.

This hotel in Palm Beach is truly beautiful. It has a lovely swimming pool. from the moment we arrived at the hotel I felt like a movie start.! Our room was so neat and clean and beautiful. right next to the pool area and Jacuzzi. . Breakfast was absolutely delicious in the morning.! The hotel actually has a car service and will take you locally.to restaurants or possibly shops . They’ll also take you to the beach and they took us on their private yacht incredible experience.!! what a true gem one of a kind I must stay!!!’ i

We are celebrating our 30th wedding anniversary at The Brazilian Court, and we couldn't be happier. The service is wonderful from all the employees who genuinely appear happy. The property is beautiful old-school and has been maintained beautifully. I also love that the property is in a quiet residential area, but only a few blocks away from the action. We will definitely return.

The staff, room, and food were all impeccable! From friendly people at the door to the desk to the room, the staff was like family. The room was perfectly clean and wonderful linens. The food at Cafe Boulud was beyond delicious! A totally wonderful experience!

I love that there was a car available to use within the island for drop off and pick up.
