Awful . We have to wear musk to sleep. The worst place to stay. The service of this location should be close.
Pros:

Location was okay. That’s all.

Cons:

The most unclean Hampton we ever experienced. Rooms has mold smell. Staff moved us to another room which most likely a dog stays with previous customer. Dog smells and dog far was all over on carpet and entrance.

Not staying here anymore
Pros:

Room was quiet and plenty of parking.

Cons:

Very dirty rugs in hallways especially in front of our room. There wasn't one working ice machine in the entire hotel. Breakfast was average. Fan in bathroom is broken it was way too loud with a grinding noise. Refrigerator was also making a high pitched noise. We used this hotel before when they were down to 1 ice machine and said the others were getting repaired. That never happened. Hampton used to be top of the line it is now very low quality. PS pool which we were thinking of going into was cloudy we weren't taking a chance on that. We won't be staying here anymore.

It was a much needed stay for relaxing after a park day.
Pros:

I liked that I was safe in the facility. I liked how I got a good night sleep after a long day at Cedar Point. I also liked the staff. They were very helpful in answering my questions.

Cons:

I wish they would dust more and clean up corners in the bathroom. Other than that, everything else was great.

Pros:

Breakfast was good.

Cons:

There was no hot tub, no ice maker and the mattress I slept on, I had to sleep in the middle of the bad because the side was broken down and it hurt my hip.

Clean and quiet but somewhat worn place
Pros:

Excellent value for the price. Clean and well-maintained despite being an older property. Friendly staff. Quick and hassle-free check-in/-out. Ok breakfast (long hours 6–10 AM). The area felt safe and quiet, and the hotel itself was peaceful

Cons:

The property is dated and shows wear, and the TV in the room did not work

Most unpleasant hotel stay I have ever experienced!
Pros:

The French toast sticks.
Dylan was super friendly during check in. The lady at the counter the next morning was awful though.

Cons:

The poop stains still in the toilet, mascara smears on the pillow, crumbs on the floor between the beds, hardly working refrigerator and the very loud rattling ac. What was worse was The loud, screaming people in the rooms near us running down the hall, knocking on doors & walls until after 1am. When telling the front desk about it the next morning she got snarky with me and said “you can move but the other floors are worse”
HOW IS THAT ACCEPTABLE? I spent too much money there to have my daughter not get a good nights sleep the night before her tournament! That’s the whole point of reason we got a hotel close to the facility in the first place. Waste of $400!

Despite the pool issues, it was a great stay

Great location. Great staff. Nice breakfast

Cons:

Pool area was not taken care of. Pool was cloudy and filled with some kind of synthetic hair (in and out of pool). Towels all over the floor and chairs. Clean towels were hard to come by.
