Friendly Staff, Uncomfortable Hotel with poor amenities
Pros:

Choose a different hotel! The staff here are friendly and the lobby is attractive and comfortable with a large seating area with a few TV's, but outside of that the room comfort and amenities are poor.

The hotel was extremely hot everywhere; in the lobby, the hallways, and the rooms. The room stayed warm despite running the AC constantly for 2 days straight, it barely got down to 70 by our final day, leaving us with a warm nights sleep both nights. I noticed in one of the hallways the thermostat had been removed from the walls leaving exposed wires in a clear box (see picture), in another hallway the thermostat said 75 but didn't feel a single degree below 80.

Breakfast is not included unless you were with a group, which we were, however, the food promptly ran out and it took 45 minutes to 1 hour to be replaced, once it was replaced we noticed the eggs were overcooked (scorched and brown) and the bacon was all burnt (mostly black and inedible). Only regular courtesy coffee was available in the hotel, no decaf was available, however, both the tank in the breakfast area and the tank in the lobby ran out and were not replaced while I was there during both mornings. There was no coffee cream available in the breakfast area on the final day either, I had to ask the "starbucks" cafe for some.

The rooms are spacious with decent pillows however the beds are medium-soft and a bit slouchy for 2 normal sized adults. The TV and furniture were fine but overall, the stay was uncomfortable and definitely not worth the money.

There is a pool, however it is directly adjacent the lobby exposing everyone in there to lobby visitors in the main area. It also seemed a bit small. There is also a very small workout room with a dumbbell rack and maybe 3 or 4 treadmills?

Also, there is only one elevator for the whole hotel, wait times are a pain.

Ultimately you need to stay somewhere else, there are much better options available in the area.

Good place to stop midway between family and home.
Pros:

We arrived for breakfast as the kitchen was closing. The staff member served us anyway.

Cons:

Breakfast was not great. I had oatmeal. It was like glue. I eat oatmeal often. This was some of the worst I've had!

Not Marriott quality
Pros:

Air conditioning in the gym wasn’t working and this wasn’t the first time that this has happened. The last night there the bedside mirror fell off in the middle of the night leaving broken glass all over the place. Luckily, I was sleeping on the other side of the bed.

Convient location for us based upon our route and what we wanted to do in Cleveland and Erie College
