Lovely accommodation, lovely room and comfortable bedding.
Pros:

Love the beautiful view from the courtyard, and bar.

Cons:

Pool and spa facilities were disappointing. It doesn’t cover for larger guests numbers.

Go somewhere else!
Pros:

When I first got to the hotel, it was filthy outside. That should have been my first indication of what this was going to look like. The lobby is fine, the parking lot if very tight, beware if you have a larger vehicle.

We get to our room and the bathroom floor is filthy, call the front desk and they send someone up to clean it. It was gross but I’m with my kid and letting it go. Also we had a pull out sofa bed that was not usable and had to share a bed. Don’t market something as two bed without a functional bed.

The place is ok, there were constantly out of towels at the pool, the snacks you can buy are slim. The restaurant looks cute but they had a very small menu. The lady at the coffee shop area was working alone and as quickly as possible. She was taking orders, bringing out food and making coffees. I saw three staff at the front desk and no one was helping her. She was lovely and had a huge line with no help.
Our last night here at 12:30am we woke up to bright lights under our door and banging and very loud people. I thought a bunch of people came back from the bar. I look out the peep hole and it the house keeping staff. I am like guys what is going on and then they say it’s fine, I tell them it’s actually not fine, we were sleeping and they really didn’t care at all. When they leave the room, they are slamming doors and yelling at each other down the hall.
I have never had such an insane experience with hotel staff before.
Wynter and Juan were bright lights at this place and fantastic. Most of the staff were lovely, this place just is understaffed and not ran well. Incredibly disappointing and honestly should charge less for this nonsense.

Security everywhere, questionable people, and in need of a complete renovation.
Pros:

I was very disappointed with this hotel. As soon as I walked in, there was a strong, unpleasant smell throughout the building. The carpets in the hallways and in my room were dirty, stained, and looked like they hadn't been replaced in years. The room also had an old, outdated.
This property is in serious need of a full renovation and better maintenance. It doesn't meet the level of quality I've come to expect from Marriott. It's unfortunate to see a brand that was once known for consistency and high standards decline like this.
I hope Marriott takes a closer look at this property and invests in the necessary improvements because, in its current condition, I would not choose to stay here again or recommend it to others.

Multiple Issues
Pros:

I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. We just stayed for a softball tournament over the last weekend, and I was so happy to get out when it was over.
We first were checked into a room that had an overwhelming marijuana smell. Given that we had our 14 year old daughter with us, we requested a new room.
At that juncture, we were apparently given the last room in the hotel. The new room was a king suite that at first glance was not clean and got worse from there:

There were red droplets on the toilet seat, which indicated to us the toilet had not been cleaned. It was late by this point, so we cleaned it ourselves using sanitizer, etc. In the morning, we discovered there were actually red spatter marks on the walls and door in the bathroom as well. It looked like a murder scene...though we were hoping maybe someone had just spilled red wine? There was a reddish stain on the bottom of the tub as well. We complained to the desk and they were very apologetic. They said someone would come by to clean it. They gave us new towels, but the red spatter marks remained throughout the remainder of our stay.

There were also stray hairs all over the bathroom part of the room and the carpet was worn and very dirty.

We had dinner the first night at the restaurant, and they were out of everything green. No lettuce or vegetables of any kind...

Bottom line: stay somewhere else.

Juan, the front desk person who check us in, was incredibly rude. Slamming things around, cussing under his breath, and
Pros:

The location is pretty, I enjoy the courtyard area.

Cons:

The parking lot, was left unlocked overnight along with the entry to the hotel from the parking lot despite needing a key card to get in.

It was great... but
Pros:

Customer service was amazing. Great food. Swimming pool and hot tub were nice. The outside area with the fire pit and seating, the view of the river, the fountain along with the gazebo were very nice. Hotel is decorated very nice. I was put on a room on the first floor and it was too noisy lots of traffic walking back and forth from the elevators to the front desk and to the restaurant. The room was nice. I love the little love seat that folds out to a twin bed. The king size bed is not very comfortable. Starbucks on site is very nice.

Cons:

Uncomfortable beds. If you can avoid sleeping on the first floor definitely avoid it.
