Fabulous staff, great location, yummy breakfast

Great location for arena and food and everything.
Lovely friendly helpful staff on reception we were treated as people and given time not rushed.
Fantastic spacious room all as described really pleased and great view of dock.

We had a lovely, clean quiet room on the third floor overlooking the dock. The staff were all friendly, polite and helpful and busy breakfast times were well-organised and efficient.
The location was really good for all the attractions in and around the dock, and a short walk into town.

Great location, especially for tours

Idea spot to stay if attending m and s bank arena, which we were. Staff all lovely, they all work so hard. Room was clean, breakfast very nice. The only thing I felt could be better is the bed, it wasnt the comfiest im afraid, also the sink in the bathroom didnt drain very well. Other than that happy with our stay, thank you

Lovely stay very comfortable

I would like to sincerely thank the check in staff for their kindness and support in organising a room at late notice when we were let down by our booking at a different unrelated hotel. We were very stressed when we arrived with kids in tow and no where to stay. They immediately calmed our nerves and sorted us out with a perfect room for the family. I would highly recommended this hotel to friends and family and will be staying here when we return to Liverpool in the future. Thank you

Good position for Albert Dock etc. room s little tired. Staff fine.. room very noisy due to creaking floors above when any one moved in that room. Could hear voices clearly

The hotel is ideally located for exploring Liverpool City.
Breakfast was very good and substantial.
Our room was basic but clean and had a nice view over the Albert Dock.
Top score for us was the genuine friendliness of the hotel staff. To a person, they could not have been nicer.

The staff are a credit to this hotel from the check in to the departure the stall were unbelievably helpful

Great location for Beatles tour and Beatles story

Good food options close to the Holiday Inn Express all within walking distance. Room and bed very comfortable- no problems at all. A good substantial breakfast inc in the price

Most unique location. Lots to do in walking distance. Good restaurants all around. Staff was amazing. I needed to move rooms and they worked it out brilliantly. Breakfast was generous even with peak crowds.

Windows were filthy couldn't see view staff amazing friendly and helpful beds comfortable and breakfast was good with a decent choice and kept topped up regularly.Easy walk into town centre and quiet at night round docks

A nice place to stay. Excellent breakfast. A very unusual building. Pity there is not a restaurant for evening meals.

The area around this hotel was very nice with lots of places to go see in walking distance.
