Hotel location is perfect and a few yards from the tube station, amenities were good and it is clean. Quite satisfied with the stay.

Only negative however is that parking on site is quite expensive - £20 per day

My stay at this hotel was amazing . I came to London with my two children.
The rooms are nice clean and spacious.
The breakfast had somthing for all of us.
It was wet and cold out side but very warm and cosy in the hotel and the rooms.
The reception staff are so very helpful.
The location for sightseeing was amazing . The tube st is directly across the road. I am definitely hoping to return to the Holiday Inn Express in the summer .

Decent location as next door to Collier’s wood station. Room clean no problem with my stay

Decent hotel in good location but no heating in bathroom so pretty cold in January.

Great visit, friendly helpful staff and included breakfast was a plus!

Not happy with free or reasonable parking not provided. £20 is too much per night.
Not happy with £50 holding deposit for 24 hrs except the rim charge.
Everything else is fine. Best thing is the underground next to it.

Have been staying at this hotel many many times for the past 7 years. However, our recent stay (Dec 19-21, 2019) was not very pleasant.
There was a homeless man slept in the hallway outside our room. The hallway smelt awful. I reported to the receptionist, and immediately they took action and confronted with the man outside the hotel. I hope they will make some positive changes and actions to ensure safety of the guests. Regular surveillance and patrol are necessary.

i would recommend this hotel. close to colliers wood tube station and Sainsbury super market just a stone throw. Restaurant just across the road. Breakfast was fantastic.

We got to hotel around 8:00, wanted to check in, ofcourse it was not possible. Guy at the counter said there will be vacancies around 11:00, But it was not around 12:00 either. we came back 8:00 pm and the room was a double bed (wrong),but this time a friendly girl gave us the correct room. Over all it was a very awkward room no closet the TV was about to fall off the wall, night stand had one side almost broken. Very crowded during free breakfast. They do not have cheese for breakfast! bring your own! coffee is OK bread OK but it did not toast well, you have to run it twice. no Gym, no microwave no fridge no water.

We like the location. The tube station just across the street and easy to shopping food and others

ght the quality was lacking. The location was perfect for me for where i was lokking for, but i have stayrd in a hilton with top quality service for the same price. This was poor in comparison. Quite a shody room. Just didnt have much star quality at all.

This property is in a great location , close to the underground station and food outlets however The only issues were the parking fee over and above the accommodation fee is expensive and not always guaranteed. Our room was very hot and the air con would not adjust below 19”c but overall it is was a great experience and we will definitely be back :)

It’s a great location to stay with plenty of restaurants around.

Comfy bed, clean rooms

Whole first floor landing smelt damp carpet bubbled off floor. black mold in showers cubical narrow gap between two wall in family room with broken shower head brown grime between tiles on wall in bathroom breakfast bacon and sausages both complete inedible bed very uncomfortable different size base and mattress no sleep for 2 night stay.

European sized rooms that did the trick. Tasty breakfast loved the coffee machines. Bar in hotel convient location.
